Dr. Gierie and his staff have been 5 stars all the way. Both my daughters received their orthodontic work during Covid and they were exceptional in their covid precautions and scheduling changes throughout. I highly recommend them to all our friends.

Best orthodontist choice in Wilmington and surrounding area! I originally planned to have my misaligned bite corrected by my general dentist with Invisalign. Once I researched other Invisalign providers it was obvious that Dr. Gierie is the absolute best choice, even though slightly more expensive Gierie's Invisalign procedure is much more technically advanced than other local dentists offering the same service.

Three years later, I have a beautiful smile and so pleased with the result. The care, support and professionalism of Gierie's office staff cannot be surpassed. I am thrilled with my choice to go to Dr. Gierie for my orthodontic procedure.

Gierie and his staff are amazing! They made my Invisalign treatment so seamless. I am very picky about my teeth but they found a way to meet my every need and want. Very good about accommodating your schedule. I finished treatment while in college and they made it possible to do so, stress-free. I have been done with treatment for over a year now but they are still super friendly and helpful in providing advice when I give them a call. Very good experience at Gierie Orthodontics. The staff were incredible and Dr. Gierie was very informative and helpful in getting my Invisalign treatments completed. I had to move away w/ the military before treatment was completed but they sent me on my way w/ everything I needed and the result was great! I have been a patient of Dr. Gierie for the last 18 months. I cannot tell you how wonderful he and the staff are! They make the Invisalign process easy from start to finish. I was referred to Dr. Gierie from my regular dentist who did not think I was a candidate for Invisalign because I am a person who grinds their teeth when asleep. Dr. Gierie examined me and said that there was no need tor worry about the grinding, it is highly unlikely that I would chew through it.

Now I have beautiful, straight teeth and I couldn't be happier! Thank you Dr. Gierie and to all of the wonderful, respectful, pleasant staff, each of you has made a a desire I have had to have straight teeth a reality.

The first time being able to visit an orthodontist in my entire life, and I had a life changing experience at Guerie Orthodontics. I am pretty shy to show my pictures, but I can't explain the drastic change Dr. Gierie did using just words. As the pictures show, I used to have severe crowding before invisalign and now I am feeling extremely confident with my smile, something I have waited for for nearly 20 years.

Even better, what helped me be able to afford the invisalign was the in-house payment plan, which he allows you to pay over 3 years interest free, with a down payment that was manageable and monthly payments that were affordable. I used to dream of having the smile I have today thanks to Dr. Gierie. Highly recommended!

I give the Invisaligns at 4.5 and the office a 3. I'll explain. My teeth has made a drastic turnaround and they look amazing. The staff are nice. I do feel like I was rushed for most of my appointments with Dr. Gierie and felt uneducated on my braces treatment at times. It's as if they expect you to know how things work or have had them before but that is not the case for everyone. Was at the end of treatment and I had to call to schedule my appointment.

I assumed one was needed but wasn't sure. So glad I called. It would be nice if someone would call every now and again to check the status and see how things are going with your treatment. Just a suggestion.

Dr. Gierie is absolutely wonderful and I can't express enough how grateful I am for his dental expertise. I had a mouth injury years ago and damage occurred to my bite and teeth. Dr. Gierie worked with my primary dentist to craft a new bite and total mouth alignment. By going through the Invisalign process with him, we were able to not only correct my bite but create an even better smile overall. He is kind and very educated in his area of dental work. I am so glad that I went to Dr. Gierie! His office is clean and his staff is genuinely kind and caring.

After 25+ years of dealing with crooked teeth (including one so bad that it was literally cutting my cheek), I finally decided to get my mouth fixed. OK, so my 2 year Invisalign journey is finally done! YAYYYY! Totally satisfied. Not only is my bite back to normal, I have perfect teeth now. I am in my 50s and had to get my teeth re-aligned, due to a "deep bite" that was causing my canine teeth to touch my upper palate and gums. I had been avoiding this process for over 10 years, but I wish I had just bit the bullet and done it 10 years ago.

And yes, its expensive, but they allowed me to pay them over 3 years to max out my FSA expense account, making the final bill 100% tax free. Dr. Gierie is absolutely the best. My dentist can do Invisalign, but referred me to Dr. Gierie because my case was too involved. Dr. Gierie is a member of the Invisalign Global Scientific Advisory Board and is one of only 7 members in the world to serve on this board, whose mission is to provide feedback on product direction and development.

Its only money, hard earned I know, but you will love your smile. What else can you spend money on to look this terrific! AND as a side note, I broke my 40 year nail biting habit as an additional benefit! Heck, it was worth the money for that alone. OH, and his family just adopted a greyhound, so he's cool in my book.

Couldn't be more happier with the outcome. Dr. Gierie and his staff are amazing and make you feel like family. Never once did I feel any discomfort while wearing my Invisalign or during any procedures during my appointments. If you need and Orthodontist look no further!

While I can't remember how long ago my children started seeing Dr. Gierie (it's been 8 or 9 years I think) I'll never forget how we've been treated consistently with kindness and professionalism at every visit - from start to finish. Rest assured you're in extraordinarily capable hands with Dr. Gierie. My daughter just got her braces off today after 2 years, and her teeth AND her smile look phenomenal.

This was a big day for my daughter, but what really struck me about the experience this morning was how genuinely happy Dr. Gierie and his entire staff were for her. They congratulated her and asked to see her smile, and celebrated on her behalf, knowing what it meant to her. and how many countless times do you think they've taken braces off of patients?

I had Invisalign done here and Dr. Gierie was absolutely phenomenal. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I was told by two other places Invisalign wouldn't work for me. I looked up Dr. Gierie online on Invisalign's website and saw how many cases he handled. I wanted to speak to an expert not an amateur. He was a 1hr drive away but I decided to try.

Well worth the drive! Once I went in for the consultation I found out that not only would Invisalign work but it may work better because of my overbite. He explained everything and we worked out a reasonable payment plan. It ended up being almost the same price as braces and took less than 2 years. Very impressed and wouldn't even consider another orthodontist. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Dr. Gierie and his staff are the absolute best. Everyone is incredibly nice and they make you feel right at home. Top notch; wouldn't recommend anyone else.

I have a specific thanks for Gierie. I was on vacation in Wrightsville (from California) and my daughter lost her retainer -- it was urgent for it to be replaced. I called Gierie, frankly based on geography and a single Yelp review. I called them on a Tuesday -- the woman responded quickly, fit me in Wednesday morning at 830am, and by Thursday 330 my daughter was fitted with a new retainer.

Super pleasant people, amazing fast service, built her a new retainer in-house. No idea what they're like for a 2-year relationship, but all I experienced was wonderful.

Hi all, Dr Gierie ROCKS! As an adult, I had a bite so bad that I looked like a crocodile. Without him and his cutting edge methods I would have had to have my jaw broken and reset. Since I am a therapist, spending months with my jaw wired was a non-starter. Dr G was able to move my teeth around without all that pain. I wouldn't let anyone else TOUCH my mouth! I'm sure he is great with kids. but if you are an adult looking for straight teeth, look no farther!
