It was very easy and quick to make an appointment. I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days of making the call. I arrived on time and was seen right away. I felt my doctor listened to me. Both my doctor and her nurse provided me with what I needed to take the next steps.

I could not have asked for a better experience! Everyone was so nice and took time to talk to me and make me feel more comfortable. We also had some good laughs and and they didn't even try to rush out if the room! Thank you again for a great experience!

Everyone there was wonderful. From the front desk to the nurses and even the lab tech were great. Dr Flannigan was very nice and even though this was my first visit, I trust him to take care of me. Thank you call for making my visit comfortable.

Although I had to wait for about 30 minutes, everyone was very apologetic and explained that the wait was because the personnel wanted to spend sufficient time with each patient to do a thorough job. When it was my turn I got to see how accurate that statement was. It was late in the day but Kim and her nurse took time to ask a lot of questions and ask for clarification.

My symptoms are being supported with medication that's safe for long term use, I feel like Dr Finnegan is kind and is willing to dig deeper if a patient is still having symptoms and a more advanced scan could give better insight on how to treat them better. He explains and breaks down topics very well for the average person. The office staff and nurses are amazing and go above and beyond.

Everyone is super nice and very efficient. They are attentive to the details of my changing health. Dr. Lazas has been great to work. I'm very confident with any procedures they perform. Highly recommend!

Warmly received and even with a lot of paperwork everything went well. Visit with Dr Burch was informative and confirmed probably what is causing my problems. Very quick appointment scheduled to have procedure at Franklin Surgery Center. Dr told me what to expect in upcoming procedure. Staff made it clear on how to prepare for this procedure.

I have been with Dr. James for a number of years now. He is professional, kind, and he has always taken his time with me to answer any questions that I have, to patiently listen to my concerns, and just 'visit' with me as a person, in general. I was first introduced to him many years ago when my wife recommended him; my wife works in surgery in the same hospital with him, so they knew each in passing over the years.

I believe that it says a lot of a medical professional when those who work with him (or her) are able to speak highly of him (or her) as well. Dr. James has always given me the best of care, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family members for any of their concerns in his area of specialty. :-)

First time colonoscopy experience with Dr. Miller and the team at Associates in Gastroenterology (and new patient visit prior to that procedure) were as "pleasant" as one could hope for. Also, being self-employed and self-paying for insurance, the accounting department was very helpful to make sure everything was properly sorted out. And as much as I would love to say, "can't wait to go back" fortunately, I got a good report and don't have to return for ten years!

I am very pleased with my visit & the care I've recieved from Dr. Whit James & his staff. Dr. James saw me when I was a patient at Summit hospital. He has given me some peace of mind that I've been needing & seeking for almost 4 years. He just told me about a problem I have from a scope I had at another facility & I had no knowledge of it until now. Bless you Dr. James & your wonderful staff! See you all soon.
