Snoqualmie Valley Hospital has an awesome team working on the COVID testing and vaccinations! It's been so easy to schedule appointments and fill out paperwork online. Workers have been extremely nice, answered questions clearly, and work hard so keep the line of cars moving for both vaccinations and testing, and in their getting test results back in a timely fashion. Great location to go for vaccinations and testing, as I couldn't say the same for the other COVID testing and vaccination locations I've been to on the Eastside.

Drive-thru testing was quick and easy. Staff was courteous and efficient. I like the ease of driving thru without appointment, and without going inside the hospital risking exposure to the virus, flu, etc. Thankful that it's conveniently located.

ER doctor forgot to pass down that I was having chest pain Andy pressure, also told me she wasn't sure what they could do for me, due to allergies. Other than that I've awful experience, every other experience has been good. I use the outpatient specialty clinic, and love my doctor.

Every experience at the hospital has been a good one. From reception to radiology to receiving my COVID vaccines, the staff has been extremely competent and professional while, at the same time, warm and welcoming.

I was a new patient walk-in in need of some blood drawn for tests. My doctors office messed up faxing the order, which was the cause for my "long" wait. Snoqualmies staff was lovely, kept me in the loop constantly, and did their best to expedite my visit. Overall I expected to be there for at least 2hours, due to my lack of appt, but I was there for less than 1hour. Very happy with my visit.

Drive thru PCR test. Opened late but the staff was very kind and efficient with us. Not sure why the first vehicle took a long time. They were not especially busy. Only 6 cars behind us. We were done in 40 minutes and were third in line.

Fantastic drive through vaccination location. Get through this pandemic safely and affect our world in a positive way without leaving your car. Super friendly and efficient staff. Our wait time was less than 10 min and we were treated with kindness and ease. Thank you to Jeff who administered my booster! I appreciate you and your service to our community.

Fantastic! Easy signage and right off freeway. Never had to leave my car and get exposed to rain or other people. Lady was friendly, and vaccine didn't even hurt! Super pleased with how convenient and organized this was. Wish my previous vaccination appointment was this easy! This was my booster.

Incredibly efficient and careful operation of the outdoor vaccination and testing sites! I am so grateful to the nurses and parking staff have the most thankless jobs, but they were helpful and friendly despite the high volume of people awaiting boosters. And the online scheduling process, pre-appointment instructions, and SMS delivered reminders and check-in were flawless.

No bugs in this system! Everyone, please get your vaccinations and boosters. It's so easy and safe; you can make the difference in avoiding hospitalization or putting others there. This new Omicron variant is far faster and harder to detect because so many carriers are relatively asymptomatic.

Every time I visit the staff is always so nice. I have a crippling fear of needles and every time the nurse staff gently walks me through getting shots. They even have an excellent sense of humor that helps me relax! :. I would recommend this hospital.

Who knew a hospital could serve good food?! A huge plate was only $5. The customer service was awesome but what was even better was the food. It was delicious and fresh. I had no idea that this place existed but I had to take a friend to the hospital and it's a 5 star caffe within the hospital itself. If you find yourself hungry after skiing, driving home from eastern Washington or stuck at the hospital like myself you can eat here for five. Bucks and you won't be disappointed!
