I called this clinic to inquire about their services and spoke with a woman named Debbie. She was very kind and was able to reach out to the doctor with questions I had about my condition. The doctor did end up suggesting a specialist which was a nice thing to do. Seems like honest professionalism. Thanks, I hope everyone reading this will consider the gift of God through Jesus Christ our Lord (Romans 6:23) it's so important not to neglect your eternity for temporal things that pass away.
God has written His law on all of our hearts: lying, stealing, adultery, lust, and any other moral law that is on our conscience, will be brought under Gods judgment. When Christ died, he took our place on the cross undergoing death for sins He didn't commit, OURS. Then he rose from the dead and commanded that repentance (turning from sin) for forgiveness of sins would be proclaimed in His name. Christ did this so we don't have to undergo eternal judgment in hell. Please repent and put your faith in Jesus. Read the Bible daily.

Update: I just filed a complain against Dr Mallory Troyer, documented with wrong prescription proof, to the Washington State Department of Health. Highlighting her chaotic advice that could have caused me my life in a car accident. I wish I had the incompetent assistant name too! These people shouldn't be interfacing with patients! Their practice should be discontinued for humans safety I want to give a zero star.
I am actually reporting this practice to my insurance. I had an eye exam to check my glasses prescription. 1. The assistant at the first phase was extremely incompetent, unprofessional and wasted a lot of time. 2. The unqualified assistant asked to put drop in my eyes for check up. I said Ok. He didn't explain at all that these eye drops will cause dilation to my eyes that will last few hours!
I had to work on my computer afterwards and I never had these kind of drops before. When I complained, he said I thought you already know! Ignorant, incompetent assistant who should never work with any patient! His whole attitude is unprofessional from the first minute! He said drink water! I was fasting! And when I asked the doctor after he left the room, she said no water won't change anything with dilated eyes.
So the ignorant assistant would have caused me break my fast with his ignorant advice! 3. Then an extremely rude doctor, I am not even sure if she is a doctor at the first place, came in. Name: Mallory Troyer. I reported her to my insurance as incompetent doctor who gave me eye advice that could have caused me a car accident, and I have proof of her completely wrong prescription (she did if after dilation too, and the machines used ahead were decades old).
She asked how's everything, I complained about my dilated eyes, she responded in a very rude manner saying the effect will go away so fast! 4. She checked my prescription (test) and said I dont need to wear eyeglasses anymore and I am -1 and no astigmatism! She advised I can not wear my eyeglasses all the time! 5. I doubted the doctor testing results, I tried to walk without my glasses and things were really bad!
My glasses were really much better. 6. I went today to LensCrafters (my old eye exam place) and after professional testing, My eyeglasses are the same -2 each eye with still slight astigmatism. My prescription is the same as my eyeglasses. I shared the results from Arbor visit at LensCrafters and the doctor said this is incorrect and I should never let go of my eyeglasses or drive or walk without them for safety. 7. Arbor billed my insurance for my annual eye exam and I paid my lenscrafter eye exam out of pocket.
I will sort out with my insurance for the horrible experience at Arbor! 8. The Arbor clinic is very old, testing is via very very very old machines and super old techniques! This clinic is decades behind in eye testing! Assistants are unqualified and incompetent, doctors rude and incompetent! Horrible harmful experience! I could have had car accident for driving without my eyeglasses!
My advice is not to ever go to this clinic for any eye exam for your vision safety. Proof attached - the wrong prescription from Arbor along side with the correct prescription from Lenscrafters (LensCrafters Redmond who use latest tech for eye exam, professional respectable doctors and highly qualified assistants) - Arbor is completely the opposite to all of this! I have no idea how they have a 4.9 rating on Google! Really very weird rating! This is a terrible place with unqualified people working in it.

I was very impressed by the staff, technicians and Dr. I took my elderly mom who has dementia and everyone was truly amazing to get her through her exam and identity her issue. In my option they went way beyond what I was expecting and I will be changing my Eyecare to this office based on my experience.

I had eye surgery and now follow up regarding a special eye disorder that I have. Dr Dale has the competence, experience, and knowledge to give me an accurate diagnosis I have been lacking for years. She listens carefully and explains very well. She has the special diagnostic equipment it takes to see and record the condition, and determine exactly what is going on, and is able to show me graphically what the disorder is, and explain the corrective alternatives available. The staff is professional, efficient and courteous.

Arbor Eyecare did a great job with setting an eye appointment for a special test and getting my file transferred from a different provider. I am also very satisfied with the doctor I saw. This was my first appointment with them. The only frustration I had to go through was that there were no reminders as text or phone call for the appointment and I was trying to reach the office since two days prior of my appointment.
I called several times. No one picked up calls and the message said someone will call you within 48 hours. On the day of this first appointment, someone finally picked up and confirmed.

My annual exam was yesterday. What a great experience. From the moment I walked in until I walked out I was really treated well. My pre-exam and exams both were efficient and yet the CMA and Doctor were patient and answered all my questions. After my exam I bought new glasses and got amazing one on one care. Almost makes me sad I only need my eyes checked annually! Definitely recommend Arbor Eyecare.

I went to the Sammamish location. The staff is very friendly and thorough. I was taken back immediately by Leah who gathered the preliminary information and prepped me for the Dr. Dr. Troyer is very professional who listened to my concerns and thoroughly examined my vision and eyes. 100% recommend Arbor Eyecare.

Arbor seems great when you first make an appointment, but that greatness changes to mediocrity and frustration in short order. Communication with them is terrible. Eye doctor turnover is high. Mistakes don't get fixed without tons of effort on your part. I was incredibly hopeful when I started with them (close to home, nice frame selections, liked the first doc I worked with) but over the past several months and different family members' appointments Arbor has crushed that hope right out of me.

Dr. Dale did my cataract surgery and did a fantastic job. She recognized that it would first be helpful to have eyelid surgery on one of my eyes which provided to be very beneficial. I chose the new technology for my lens which I will never regret. I see 20/20 out of both eyes and rarely need readers for close up work. Dr Dale is very patient with my questions.and I ask a lot of them. I like to be informed and a part of my health choices. The entire staff is helpful and courteous. I have been very happy at this office.
