Dr Nelson is the best! I am beyond thrilled with the outcome of my recent foot surgery! It has been painful to walk for over 30 years. I am now pain free! I only wish I had done this sooner! Couldn't of asked for a better experience for my foot surgery. The whole staff is wonderful, very kind Patient and takes the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. Follow up questions after surgery were answered in very timely manner. The facility is very clean and prompt no sitting around waiting to see doc. Strongly recommend Issaquah foot and ancle Clinic to anyone looking for a foot doctor.

I have been to the office many times and have had great caring service by Dr. Nelson. My complaint is this, there seems to be an emphasis on selling products with every appointment. I was recently given a boot to wear when I sleep that "might" help my problem. The word "boot" I use loosely. It was a bent piece of plastic, not custom, just a piece of plastic.
No cost was discussed with me. I get the bill for more than $400! I called the billing office multiple times, left messages and got no return call. I left a detailed message why I was calling. Still no direct response to my concerns. Never could get anyone to actually pick up the phone. If so much emphasis is going to be on selling products then they need to start pricing them. There needs to be transparency in the medical industry and stop just arbitrarily charging us for things at exploited prices.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Nelson and the staff at Issaquah Foot and Ankle for anyone with a foot or toe issue. They took care of mine and my surgery went great. They helped me understand what was going on, deal with any questions I had and make me comfortable as things went on. The staff there are incredible and I can't say enough nice things about them. Overall everyone was super friendly and very helpful!

A friend recommended Dr. Nelson to me after I had a horrible experience with another podiatrist and wasted a lot of money on orthotics that made my foot pain worse. Dr. Nelson is not only competent, he is kind and upbeat. After several weeks of injections for arthritis in my toes, I'm back walking several miles per day, going on beach hikes and enjoying life.
The staff at IFAS are all kind and attentive and highly competent. And when my appointment is at 10:00 I'm in the patient room getting a shot at 10:00! I just can't say enough good things about Dr. Nelson and his staff.

Staff was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The receptionist with dyed hair got me checked in quickly and made sure I understood all the paperwork I needed to fill out. The doctor was quick and made sure I understood all I needed to know about what we were doing. The medical assistant I worked with also supplied me with good advice for stretching and supplemental care. Over all an amazing experience, would recommend going there!
