The doctors and staff at Newton Vision Center are friendly, courteous and very respectful. The doctors, Dr. Rick Davis, Dr Kulesia, Dr. Matthew Davis and Dr. Hefner are top notch in their field. They are always on top of what is going on and they have a genuine concern for their patients and are a good Christian group of people. I think you will agree that we all have occasionally found problems or issues with various businesses or products that we purchase at one time or another, however, I think that if you should happen to encounter any problems as a patient or have issues with glasses or contacts, that you will find that Newton Vision Center will correct the problem and make it right. They will always treat you with dignity and respect that you deserve. You will find that the doctors and staff there are always professional in all that they do.

I brought a client for an appointment today and was met by the rudest receptionist I've ever experienced. She made my client nervous because she was late for an appointment, that she had already call ahead about. My client has mental health issues and a professional receptionist would have handled patients more appropriately. You never know what someone is going through so you should always be mindful when dealing with the public. I would recommend sensitivity training for your employees.

I spent over $500 on a pair of eyeglasses here and over the course of about 10 months had to take them back 5 times because the lenses kept popping out. I asked if I was to get a different frame if they would credit me for the obviously defective frames that I have and I was told that they would not give me any kind of credit. I think they should honor the products they sell. I will spend my money somewhere else next time.

A lot of "required" upcharges. After routine exam, was told that contact fitting would cost almost $100 outside of insurance because of unnecessary upcharges that are specific to this office. Employees and Dr Davis were very rude when I expressed concern over the cost of all the additional"procedures". After wasting an hour and a half I walked out.

Wife and I will never go back they have a bunch of incompetent employees you pay what you owe and when you go back for your glasses and then there is another upcharge has happened twice. Please people find you another place to have your eyes examined. When wife went back to pick up glasses lady was counting on her finger and gave back wrong change

I opted not to spend $700+ on sunglasses that were not covered by my insurance. I could have afforded them but could not in good conscience do so. My option not to led the tech that was dealing with me to go in the back room and have a very loud whisper conversation with her coworker at my expense. I opted not to purchase anything. Lenscrafters will get the business of my sunglasses and my daughter's contacts. Money is nothing to them but respect is everything to me.

No complaint about the practitioners. Ordered a set of glasses, picked up through drive in window. Had to return immediately, as glasses were so large that they would not stay on. Tech bent them some, fit still not great. She said they were too large, which should have resulted in a new measurement and new order, but only offer was to bend them more. Expected more at almost $500. Will not get glasses here again.

The appointment I had scheduled for May 6, 2019 went very well. I had several different procedures performed before the actual eye examination was done by Dr. Crystal Hefner. Everyone made me feel at ease and treated me courteously and with the utmost respect. Dr. Hefner is a true professional and a very caring and concerned human being. She answered all questions I had concerning my eyes. I felt as if I were an individual and that my opinions mattered. I have a very high regard for everyone and also much gratitude to them.

When I went to pick up my new glasses I could not see anything. After telling the tech she immediately brought her supervisor out to remeaure my eyes and I was told they were measured incorrectly. Had to reorder new lens which were correct. Fast forward after approximately 6 months later, glasses began to have cracks on the lens and once again had to reorder new lens. I am very unhappy with the quality and the price one has to pay for such poor quality. Although I didn't have to pay for new lens, this type of service is unacceptable.
