Appointment at 1pm for a 20minute procedure. It's been two hours and still "in prep" this is ridiculous wait time for a scheduled procedure on top of having to come here instead of big flats which is closer. So frustrated

Very helpful during MRI and friendly! Shannon & Carissa were great! Shannon went out of her was to show me and walked me to the elevator. Would highly recommend Sayre for that department!

Why bother making an appointment?! Been sitting here for more than an hour to be seen. Their walk in system just goes by when you showed up without care of your appointment. A complete joke and wast of time.

Why is this the only place I can take my boy to get stitches? A quick in and out procedure is held up by an archaic ER standard of procedures.waiting forever surrounded by sickly people. Do people not know that around the nation this is sub-par care? Zero urgent care clinics in the valley.why?

Hi, photo and name are my 11 year old son's. This is important. My body personally has have multiple surgeries in this hospital that I wasn't sure about. My 75 year old father is in the ICU today for the 3rd time. I assure you I trust this team. My father is Master Sargent Donald D. Ellingwood. He is the most brilliant man I've ever met in my life. He is a magical. Stop living on the past of this hospital.

Place is ridiculous. Exactly why they turned off their reviews on Facebook don't want to lose all their customers. This place almost killed me in 2016 from incompetence after a surgery. My heart was beating over 200 beats a minute and they didn't figure out for days it was because I needed a blood transfusion. Then fast forward to this year I've been having decent experience with their dentistry if you don't count my brother's bad experience with a cheaply made false tooth.

So with my OK experiences with dental I needed my wisdom teeth out, made the appointment probably almost 2 months ago. Was guaranteed my insurance was practiced with their oral surgeon to get them out so I patiently wait til my appointment comes up in October just to get called this week and be told I wasted all that time waiting to get my wisdom teeth out, that their practicing surgeon doesn't participate any longer with my insurance. Place is a zoo, run & run far.

I had back surgery 3 months ago and could not be more pleased. My surgeon, Dr. Rickert did an excellent job for me. I followed her advice and my recovery could not have gone better. Certainly there were some nurses less attentive than others, but never did I think that they weren't doing a good job taking care of me. I highly recommend.

Always professional and very knowledgeable. Specialists are quick to get into for an appt and results are so fast. Correspondence is also top notch.

Went to the Gastroenterologist at Sayre Guthrie Clinic today and I saw 2 NP's I have been in horrible pain in my stomach, dehydrated, and sleep constantly which is not like me. They didn't do a thing for me today other than set up a colonoscopy and an endoscopy for Monday today is Wednesday and I've been in this horrible pain now for over 2weeks. My husband took me and after my appt we both looked at each other and said we thought for sure they were going to keep me and hospitalize me but they didn't.

They didn't even listen to my stomach or feel it they did NOTHING! Told me if I feel worse go back to ER well I did and still do feel worse when I was there.i just don't know why they didn't keep me and help me. I feel like a car ran over my stomach and they could careless about me

I went in for a simple surgery and found where I needed to be easily. Every employee from the parking attendant, to the information desk, to the provider herself were wonderful. Definitely will keep my business here, they really take care of you with positivity and knowledge.

Think twice if you can go elsewhere. I feel they are a large greedy corp. We have 4 kids, we do not reserve any welfare foodstamps anything. MY husband is self employed and we had a delay in his commission check. I was unable to make my monthly $170 payment to orthodontics so on day 21 they turned me over to collections and the collection agency immediatley put it on my credit report.

Day 22 I paid the $170 but a few months later when we needed a business loan we were declined for having a recent collection account, even though we had been paying Guthrie every month. Guthrie refuses to get the account back from collections and off our credit reports. We are now struggling financially since we could not get the loan we needed. Then to make it worse I always call and authorize the monthly payment on my debit card, last month they went ahead and took $170 at random and over drew my bank account I now owe my bank over $300 in fees.

I can't get any help and no one there cares about the situation they placed my family in, the total bill owed when they sent me to collection was just over $800, having already paid out over $8k for 2 children to get braces and retainers over the last 2 years.
