Our practice is committed to delivering quality care to kids of all ages. All of our physicians are certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and are accepting new patients from birth to college age. New patients are welcome to schedule an appointment by calling 6 68-5331. We usually can see our patients the same day for urgent calls and within a few days for wellness visits and physicals.

Ignore the clearly anti COVID protocol parents who don't know how to separate their politics from experience. This is an amazing office. My son's ALWAYS see the actual doctor unless it's a same day sick visit. The nurses and NPs are amazing and caring. They either answer quickly when you call or return the call within the hour. This is a medical office and they aren't there to pander to your politics. This shouldn't need to be said. AMAZING OFFICE

I have 4 young children ages 2-5. I do like a few people in the office, NP Desiree was amazing, and although not my doctor, Dr. Prise seemed to actually be concerned with my children's well being. The nurses were always very nice but otherwise did not seem sincere. The front desk was almost always rude, unhelpful, and acted as if you were incompetent in everything instead of actually listening to what you were saying.
With young children just entering school they are constantly sick, I have used the portal as much as possible due to COVID protocols but I always felt as if I was annoying them. I am not one to over react and it seemed as if they dismissed everything without even really listening to the concern. I had my files transferred with the explanation of switching to a pediatrician closer to home which is in part true although I wasn't exactly happy with the office and they immediately closed out all my kids files.
Cut off the portal and told me it is their policy and they won't take sick visits. The other pediatrician won't see the children until they are seen for the first well child. So we are now stuck with urgent care (which has honestly been something we have been pushed to use much of the past 2 years anyway). Just very poor customer service and lack of genuine care in my experience.

I'll start by saying I respect that Dr. Prise had us called after we switched to Lancaster-Depew Pediatrics to learn why we switched and what they can do better. First, you'll wait a year to be seen every time; our new office takes pride in not making you wait. Second, you'll get different answers with different doctors. But we mostly changed because we felt we weren't being heard.
You know that saying "No one knows your body better than you"? Well, no one knows their babies better than their parents. We expressed concern as early as 6-months with our daughter not hitting her milestones. Then 9. Then again at 12. It might not have been until 14-months we were finally referred to Early Intervention, which took maybe another two months to get started after the referral, the follow-up, the evaluation, the scheduling, etc.
Per our therapist, she's dealt with kids as young as 9-months. So, we could have gotten started much sooner if our concerns weren't being brushed off. Here's the kicker! Our new doctor immediately asked about getting a hearing test; something our old doctor never recommended. WE took the initiative. And with our second child, at 9-months we received a questionnaire to track his development; something we never got from Forestream.
We also get better guidance at our appointments now, like what they should be eating. I saw another review about parents not being heard. I don't wish for parents to go through that.

This office needs to let up on Covid already! My husband took my child to the doctors for a followup, he asked for a note four child to return to school and the Doctor went into a another room without writing it. The staff asked my husband to wait outside or they can call when the note was ready. He said to call. THEY called and said it was ready (the same day mind you), he walked in and they made him go back out and call to say he didn't have Covid in order to come back in and pick up the form.
We are into almost year three of Covid, we know what to do people. You can't pay your copays at the front desk with if you are there for a sick appointment. I wonder if I called my insurance they would question why I have to pay over the phone in order to be seen in person? This isn't telehealth anymore. Get back to work.

The nurses are nice but they don't care what the parents have to say. If I say something is t needed they need to respect that I have gone through more effort to secure my sons health and wellbeing than they have (a place that only saw my sons once a year). Also the front desk doesn't communicate well and when I tried to explain that they had their facts wrong they didn't listen. Bottom line I would recommend a different pediatrician's office. Also, my kids were never actually seen by a doctor just nurses and nps.

Best pediatrician hands down! I have been coming here since my daughter was 4 and she is now 19, very quick and courteous, anytime I have called for a sick visit they can get my children in usual with in the hour, Dr Prise always knows my children's names and actually remembers who they are which I find very refreshing the entire staff is phenomenal highly recommend them

Doctors are really nice and good but some of those people are rude at the front desk. 40 minute drive to here, I had my 3yr old and a 5day newborn, its winter, cold, I was 3 minutes late and the lady at desk told me to leave would not let me see doc and scheduled my newborn visit way over due since the had no" room" for newborn
