You brilliantly and fearlessly have 'opened my eyes' to a new world of seeing well, as I know you have done for so many others. I have heard them singing your praises. Thank you so much for caring for my mother the way that you did. Your whole office was so professional, from Sharon greeting us to each person that served us and of course you yourself.

No-Stitch Cataract Removal is one of the most modern surgical procedures performed by Highland Ophthalmology's surgeons. It is quick (10-15 minutes), efficient, painless, and usually does not require sutures. This speeds the recovery process and eliminates the nuisances associated with suture erosion and removal.

Glaucoma is a disorder associated with pressure in the eye, and is characterized by damage to the optic nerve. Glaucoma affects 3 million Americans, and half of those people are unaware they have the disease. Approximately 5 to 10 million Americans have elevated eye pressure, which places them at risk for the development of glaucoma.

We switched to this office due to all the recommendations our office made for our own patients. My husband had his appointment yesterday and had the worst experience and is very upset. Not only did they rush him through the process, no other testing was done that he's had in the past (the autorefractor or intraocular pressure), the provider who saw him did not ask any questions regarding his vision or explained anything, they also charged him almost $50 than they originally told him, they also said it would take 1.5-2hrs so I could pick him up and instead he was calling me within 40 mins, they also dilated him and told him to wait outside in the bright sun without any protective glasses and to top it off they gave him "their last set of contacts" to try in the meantime which by the way were EXPIRED. Absolutely disappointed!

The staff who was checking me in was very courteous and professional and they were lightning quick. I filled out my paper work and saw the doctor immediately. Dr. Szwartz was incredible, he answered all my questions and he helped with daily contact procedure and maintenance. By far the greatest experience I've had with an eye doctor.
