Dr. Levy delivered both my children now 10 and 8 years old. I have nothing but praise for him and his staff. They were always friendly and professional and always willing to accommodate when I needed to come in, even for the smallest thing. Dr. Levy was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was kind, caring and always took the time to explain things. I would highly recommend him.

I had called to make an appointment for my pregancy, they told me they would give me a call back since they had to speak to doctor since i was so late in my pregnancy. I never got a call back.

Having the worst pain of my life even after being in the ER. The ER Dr. told me to go to my OB because he believes that I may have a cyst/ruptured cyst. I have been on a payment plan with Levy's office for a few months now and when I called today to get in to be seen (while crying in pain) I was told that I had to pay in full before I could come in.

I personally think that's digusting. I went through one hell of a year at that doctors office and my insurance paid that office/Dr. a ton of money. This is over 350.00 dollars that I'm working to pay off. I'm so very dissapointed. I thought I had built a relationship there but all they care about is that last dime - not that you are in pain and should be seen right away. I will never recommend this office to anyone.

I've had the same issue as someone else and honestly it's ridiculous that this is reoccurring within the practice. I called about my insurance before I made an appointment or anything and the lady on the phone told me she'd call back after speaking with her supervisor on if it was accepted there. It's been almost 4 hours and I'm highly aware at this point that I won't be hearing back, even though I was promised to receive a call over 3 hours ago.

That's fine that I haven't, but neither will you guys. How about getting secretaries that actually do what they promise with potential clients sometime? A phone call may not be a lot to them, but it's a lot to a single mother expecting more and you guys should already know this considering it's not a first based on the reviews I've read. Won't be recommending.

I've been seeing the midwives at this practice during the pregnancy with my first child and I enjoyed the care prenatal as well as during birth. I wanted a natural birth without any interventions and they are fully supportive of it (unless medically impossible of course). The prenatal visits were informative and personal. Both, Chris and Kim, took time to go over my questions and were very forth coming with additional information and recommendations.

I never felt rushed during those appointments. The support for my choices were also reflected during birth and I couldn't have asked for a better midwife during birth. Chris was calm and supportive throughout the whole time and kept suggesting ways to help the process along. I also liked the flexible hours of the office, they offer evening and weekend appointments. The staff is friendly and professional.

I have been an exceptionally delighted patient for 20+ years. Dr. Levy delivered my son who is now 28 years old! I love the entire staff and have always been efficiently, professionally and lovingly cared for. I have not experienced long waits and really like having a practice that I've been able to age with. I can come in and not only have my annual exams, but mammograms and bone scans done as well. I have the highest regard for Dr. Levy (he was also my surgeon). I highly recommend Northwest Professional OB/GYN.

Awful place. After making an appointment and confirming the appointment my fiance and I went in hopeful. After filling out significant amounts of paperwork she was asked to give a urine sample. Shortly thereafter we were invited into an examination room. After waiting just a few minutes a midwife came in and introduced herself. She was there to tell us that the new secretary was not supposed to give us an appointment and that they screwed up.

Therefore the doctor was refusing us and would not be seeing us. They quickly escorted us out of there room and put us out. Doctor Levy is a fraud and refuses patients. This is insane. My lawyer is being notified as well. Very unprofessional. STAY AWAY FROM THESE FAKE GENERIC PEOPLE THAT REFUSE TO SEE WOMEN BASED ON THEIR COLOR. RACISM AT ITS FINEST.

Very friendly staff always make you feel welcomed. Trust them pretty well.

The midwives listen well and committed to natural birth. However their decisions are guided ultimately by the very textbook OB. I would not recommend the OB in the office if you don't want any pressure in your pregnancy. He doesn't listen well and will do what he wantsDo not use this practice for a multiple birth. It was a very disappointing experience with my twins.

Do not pick these people to have a baby. I have waited from 30-minutes to over an hour just for follow up appointments that are only 15 minutes long. they don't even have drinking water at office unheard of in an ob gyn office or any doctor's office. I will never see their face again. I would change my doctor if I wasn't 38 weeks pregnant. They don't even check you for dilation. I just come to pick some handouts out every week and that's about it.
