GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Most unprofessional and rude doctor I've ever seen. She performed an endoscopy on me a couple of years ago- told me my test results didn't come back looking like I had celiac. Then called me again saying I do have celiac after looking at blood tests. She called me to tell me this and told me she would follow up with next steps. Never got a call from her.
The office is notorious for not returning back phone calls and ignoring voicemails. Fast forward 2 years later, I wanted to go to a professional that would actually explain my results and give treatment options because I was still suffering. Called Dr. Dyer for my endoscopy results and blood tests to be sent over to new doctor. She said she would do that, 2 weeks go by nothing so I follow up with her and she tells me she doesn't have my results anymore and can't find them.
In medical field it's illegal to not keep results for up to 5 years. When I called back to say this was unacceptable she started YELLING AT ME! I was in complete shock. The doctor I have now said I could file a complaint with the medical board due to all of this. It took her a month to get my results over to my doctors and explained that she had my records in a storage unit. pretty sure this is not secure and incredibly unorganized and unprofessional for a doctor handling sensitive medical information. I still can't believe how she spoke to me on the phone after she was in the wrong. DO NOT GO TO HER!

Update from my 1-star review: I had major issues with getting a hold of Dr. Dyer, but she gave me a call and it turns out it was a communication breakdown with Thorek Hospital (I now realize I'm commenting on her private practice page). She explained everything thoroughly and everything is all squared away. Again, she's super nice and I trust her as a doctor.

Dr. Dyer saved my 86 year old mother's life. She performed the colonoscopy identifying colon cancer and made every effort to work with the doctors to get her in for surgery immediately. Because of her swift life-saving actions, my mother survived cancer and is on the road to recovery. Dr. Dyer gave me a chance to spend a few more years with my mom.
I don't know how many of you are looking for a new doctor, but I can say that Dr. Dyer was the guardian angel who saved the day. She cares about her patients and explains her procedures thoroughly. I trust her and her practice.

Horrible, horrible experience with Dr. Dyer. She performed a procedure and sent my results via email. I asked for a call to discuss questions I had, and she advised she would call me that night. She never called, and when I followed up she said I'd have to make a follow up appointment to talk. I explained that I was leaving for 2 weeks and needed answers to my questions because I was in severe pain. She stopped responding to my emails, and no one at her office will pick up the phone- I have left 5 unanswered voicemails. Extremely unprofessional and very disappointed.

DO NOT go there for a USCIS physical exam! They pretend the price is 250 USD and that the blood test is covered. However, the blood test is sometimes not covered by the insurance, and it costs around 500 USD. I strongly advise you instead go to a USCIS-certified physician whose price includes the blood test. I have had many other issues with this physician regarding the USCIS physical exam: she clearly doesn't know much about it, and you'd better stay away from her if you don't want your immigration application to be delayed on the grounds that the USCIS physical exam (I-693) hasn't been done properly.

I met with Dr. Dyer about 3 months ago regarding a stomach condition I've had for some time. My 1st impression was less than favorable as her one room practice appeared. neglected. After about a 15 minute wait, Dr. Dyer led me into her back office, and asked me to briefly describe my condition, only to be cut short by a series of questions regarding payment.
She then quickly marched me back to the front room where I met with (what Im assuming to be her son) and discussed insurance / payments at length. After a lengthy insurance verification process, Dr. Dyer recommended we meet at the local hospital for a much larger procedure. Feeling a bit rushed, a bit confused and mostly un-diagnosed, I told her I would contact her in the future after making the appointment.
Fast forward 3 months, and I find a $200 bill in the mail for what she would later describe as my "consultation" fee. In the end, I decided it would be easier to pay the fee (which I have), but am left with the unfortunate impression that Dr. Dyer is simply out to make money, rather than help her patients. *EDIT* I did call Dr. Dyer before posting this review and calmly explained my position and feelings on the experience. perhaps in hopes of coming to a mutually beneficial agreement. In a not unexpected response, she made no efforts toward resolution.
