Horrible place to avoid at all cost! Your time and value goes to waste if you go to this place. Very poor customer service and no one seems to know how to handle patient requests in a timely and effective manner. The Worst Clinic in Orange County!

Dr. Tan & the staff at Joshua Medical have always treated me & my husband with top notch care, concern, & wonderful follow up. I feel that I truly have one of the best Doctors & Doctors office in Orange County! I can't say enough good things about Dr. Tan, he listens & takes his time & he is so calming which is great when you are concerned about your health.

The patient portal is the best tool & Dr. Tan always follows up the same day. The office has a great atmosphere with a tropical theme & you feel relaxed just being there, it helps to calm the nerves of going to the Dr.'s office.

Dr. Winston Wong is probably one of the best if not the best diabetes doctor I have ever met. He will treat you no matter what shape or condition your sickness is in. Very knowledgeable in his practice. My entire family is under his care. I recommend Dr. Wong to everyone I know. You can trust him with your life.

From checking-in to seeing the doctor, everyone that I have encountered have been so kind with a smile on their faces during my visits. Not to mention Dr. Tan is an exceptional provider! Always so understanding and would patiently discuss and answer all of my concerns and questions.

Dr Mui has always been very attentive and helpful to understand our health situation by asking us questions that are specifics so we can describe our issues better. We feel comfortable with his professional and friendly character in all our visits at his beautiful clinic.

My experiences here have all been positive. The staff is friendly and pretty informative. I never have to wait long in the waiting room or the patient rooms. And when my appointments are in the morning, there's coffee and tea available. Totally a plus in my book! I've seen 4 different doctors there and they all took the time to talk to me and answer questions.

The last doctor I saw, Dr. Tan, is more on the quiet side, so he didn't offer up much information on his own. You have to ask him questions and then he'll give you answers. His assistant was very friendly and helpful, too. She made sure I was getting their emails that provide the doctor's notes, diagnosis, test results, etc. I appreciate having access to this info online because it's hard to remember everything the doctor says, especially when they're treating you for a few things.

I do wish they allowed for walk-ins though because sometimes I'd like to see a doctor right away instead of 3 days later. This is why I didn't give 5 stars. But overall, I'm very happy with Joshua Medical.

My son came in today for his annual physical exam. The front office staff today was amazing and so helpful. I love that they are always smiling and greet us friendly. The wait time was not bad at all I would say like 5 minutes. Rule of thumb always arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time especially if it is a physical exam their will be forms that need to be filed out. Lawrence has great bed side manners and is a good listener.

He addressed all of our concerns and answered ALL of our questions. My son is 17 and loves Lawrence. He is down to earth and will not rush through appointments. Can't wait to see him again for my middle sons appointment next month. - Your favorite patients

I have been a member with this medical group for almost ten years.i have been to all Facilities but I really do love the new facility and the amnesties they have for the seniors. Dr. Tsai has been my children's doctor for almost 7 years and I admire his patience and compassion he shows his patients. He is a great listener and thorough in his questioning.

He is not only the Doctor to my two children, but he is my senior mother's as well. He gets back to our voice messages in a timely manner and to our family is by far the best Doctor we have ever had!
