The eyes have commonly been referred to as "the windows to the soul". Because the eyelids are such a vital part of your face and the eyes provide your most important sense, vision, this highly complicated eyelid area requires a great deal of expertise and should only be trusted to a surgeon with the highest level of ophthalmologic and eyelid surgery training.
An Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon, also known as an Eyelid Surgeon, Oculoplastic Surgeon, or Oculofacial Specialist, has received the most extensive training in eyelid surgery and orbital surgery as well as surgery in the adjacent regions of the face.

Services
The eyes are often the first thing that people notice about you. As age, heredity and sun damage take their toll on the delicate skin around your eyes, your youthful appearance slips away and you are left looking tired and older. Eyelid surgery, rejuvenation and the vast other anti-aging options enhance your overall appearance and can boost your self-confidence.
The eye is one of the most complicated structures in the body, and its function one of the most important. When a disorder or disease is exhibited involving your eye and/or orbital area, it can affect every aspect of your life. Impaired vision, pain or irritation, constant tearing, severe dry eyes, eyelid trauma and orbital tumors can cause significant difficulties. When these symptoms and/or conditions are present, little else can be focused on. For many, even the most mundane tasks prove impossible.
Your children are your most prized accomplishments. Nothing compares to the joy and love that overcomes you with the birth of a child, and sadly, nothing else can cause the pain and heartache than when your child is affected by an unforeseeable congenital malformation or a painful injury. Dr. Goldberger's advanced training and "super specialist" status set him apart from general reconstructive surgeons.
Regardless of the efforts you take to keep your youthful appearance, the most vital components in your skin's structure, hyaluronic acid and collagen, continue to decline as you age. These skin essentials are responsible for your skin's moisture, suppleness, fullness and elasticity. Without these key elements, your skin loses its glow and becomes lifeless and dull.

I went to see Dr. Goldberger about some brown spots I had on my face. He suggested a laser treatment. He explained the procedure, post care and answered all of my questions. I was able to do it right then and there in the office. The procedure was quick and painless (after some numbing injections) AND BEST OF ALL, it worked! I was back at work the next day.
I looked I had some small abrasions on my face. They were painless and completely healed in a weeks time! I had considered using a 'bleaching' cream, but Dr. Goldberger's solution was perfect! He has never steered me wrong and I would never trust my face to any other doctor!

Dr. Sam Goldberger is the best. I went to him for eyelid surgery and I was extremely nervous to have anything done. He was very professional and the surgery was easy and recovery time was nothing. I am extremely happy with him as my doctor and would recommend anyone to go see him. I am pretty particular and I was totally pleased with the results.

I had droopy eyes and had eyelid surgery after my opthamologist recommended Dr. Goldberger. He was caring, returned phone calls promptly, and I had an excellent result. He even rearranged his office schedule to accomodate my surgery after the hospital screwed up the schedule. I was on antibiotics for a week after surgery to prevent infection. I had three post op appointments and I am happy to say I am a happy camper and get lots of compliments on my eyes. Marva B.

I was referred to Dr. Goldberger by my Primary clinic for a small bump on the inside of my eyelid. About half an hour before my appointment the receptionist called to say Dr. Goldberger was running late from surgery. I REALLY appreciated the heads up so that I wasn't waiting for him, and it's something that not many doctor's offices take the time to do.
There is no validated parking, but there is a somewhat pricy valet. I was there about 30 minutes and it cost me a littler over 5 bucks. On the other hand, I really appreciated how quickly I was in and out. There was minimal waiting (maybe 3 minutes?) and Dr. Goldberger was efficient yet not rushed in his exam. He spoke very clearly in terms I could completely understand, and recommended the least invasive option of three. Overall, a very painless experience that I trust and feel good about.
