Dr. Q Medical Spa

After making an appointment for an over the phone consult that was a month out from my first call, i was called back only for them to cancel me due to my "back sin nation" status being null. Sad, i heard she was a great dr.

I am so glad I chose Dr. Q for my procedure. I decided to get my procedure done after I saw how great she was with my son. She doesn't give up, she works very hard to get the best outcome from any surgery. All her staff are friendly and very efficient, I have recommended Dr. Q to my friends and family. Thank you Dr. Q.

Dr. Q is by far the best cosmetic surgeon in the Palm Springs area. I have been a patient for several years and I have always been more than pleased with her professional manner as well as her skilled and precise work. She is insightful and caring. Her follow-up goes the extra mile with attention to detail. I am very grateful to have chosen Dr. Q.

After mounths of waiting never got in to see DR. Quardt. I'm a member of the "Concierge" Dr. program, My DR. recommended DR. Quardt this was back in September. My appointment was cancelled 3 times, thanks to the the girl "Elayna" who has a lot to learn about patients and a Drs office! She is rude and intrusive and disrespectful. She has no right to know what has happen to my body or what's between me and my Dr.

I finally drew the boundary and refused to go any farther with her. I'ts very simple why I write this. All patients are individuals each with our own battles, some very serious and and personal we are not numbers on a chart we are men and women, sons and daughters, we do need judgement or evaluation from the office personnel especially Elayna.

All we are looking for is an appointment for to me (and to most) what is a very serious problem, and after 3 months which should be more than enough time. Her last words to me are "I wish you the best in finding the right fit for you." HOW would she know if the DR is a fit for me "or not" NOW she is thinking for Dr. Quardt. Be very careful!

Miradry with Laura was a great experience! She is very professional and kind. Setting up appointments and communication is best through email with her. The procedure itself was well done and she made sure it would not be painful during or after.

Dr. Q is extremely professional and I have enjoyed working with her and her team. Dr. Q has a great style and a way of making you feel comfortable. She is extremely knowledgeable and warm. Great combination for being a plastic surgeon. I really appreciate her warm and welcoming team. They are helpful and available as needed. and if you want to do cool sculpturing Laura is terrific to work with. I am so glad I chose this team for my procedures and love my results.

Amazing experience, from the beginning to end. The staff at Dr. Q's office is beyond nice, friendly, and make you feel right at home. Immediately during the consultation, I knew I wanted to have my procedure with their team because of this. I never once felt pushed to get more work done or uncomfortable during my consultation. Instead, they listened to my concerns and gave me a ton of compliments.

During my follow up visit, they were always very punctual and professional. Overall, I continue to recommend Dr. Q to all of my friends and family because my experience was exactly as I wished for.

DR Q is the only surgeon I will let perform my breast reconstruction and now that I have bought a home in Palm Springs will go to her. I had my breast cancer surgery in 2016 and went to numerous reconstruction surgeons here in Arizona and none i felt confident enough to let them perform my surgery. DR Q is worth the wait!

Was referred by a friend, the experience was great and the results were great. Let's just say I don't have wrinkles anymore and it was painless. Monique performed the procedure and she was great. She explained everything and what to expect and it was spot on. Will definitely be back again. Clean facility and professional staff.

I had such an amazing experience with every single person at Dr Q's office. What started as a virtual consultation ended with an exceptional experience before and after surgery. Dr Q and her staff made me feel so taken care of ( Yvette, Elayna, the nurse, Stephanie the Anesthesiologist, and so many others.) I'm so happy with my results and they continue to take care of all my needs after surgery. I'm 7 weeks post op (lipo) and I recommend you look no further for any body contouring needs!

GO ELSEWHERE. My fiance wanted to have her eye bags fixed. The doctor made her wait for over 90 minutes for her consult after her appointment time and when my fiance complained, she just said, "we're busy". This woman has the bed side manner of a pissed off General at war. After having paid for half of the surgery that was recommended by Dr Q and having done all the blood work to ensure a successful surgery, my fiance decided to have a second consult with another doctor and it's a good thing she did because this new doctor actually asked questions and they realized all she needed was a shot to dissolve some filler that was injected years ago that my girl had forgotten about. Dr Q didn't even probe to find out the cause of the eye bags!

She just happily took our money and was going to cut her open! After figuring this out, we tried to get our money back but that was not possible due to the enormous stack of legal documents she had signed before paying over $2,000 for NOTHING. This review is to express a genuine and sincere "F you" to Dr Q and her ridiculous practice. Her license should be revoked. Seriously, go elsewhere.

Everyone is totally professional, educational, and caring. The staff are amazing and so are the services! They are truly talented exceptional artists!

Ok. the negative reviews on here are crazy people who lack basic understanding of surgery it seems. however very funny to see a medical professional explain how medicine works to people who clearly don't understand lol The staff here is! amazing! Let me tell you I forgot a few very important allergies on my first round of paperwork, & I wrote my check incorrectly (I'm a moron) & they did not treat me unprofessionally or rudely, they were so kind & understanding!

My babysitter also cancelled the day of surgery, & I almost rescheduled (I didn't end up having to thank God) but they were even sweet & kind about the possibility or rescheduling a surgery an HOUR before I was supposed to be there! (Everyone is awesome here) I got a breast aug & I am still recovering but they literally already look exactly how I wanted (still swollen though) Dr. Q let me make all of my google & friend recommended comments & suggestions (which is annoying probably) and then spoke to me about why she prefers a different method for me, or why xyz would look better on ME, which was so great! It's nice to be heard even if you aren't a surgeon & don't know what you're really talking about lmfao! ANYWAY I HIGHLY RECOMMEND I LOOK AMAZING- would give 1000000000 stars if I could

Unfortunately botched not too happy with my results. I understand plastic surgery is an art though and doesn't always come out perfect. Doctor Q is so sweet though. I took my future business out to Beverly Hills. Worth the drive. Brittany at the front desk would gossip and there used to be a dark haired lady in the finance department who was just not good at customer service- very bitchy and was talking down very badly about ladies procedures to me as a potential customer.

Pretty sure she wasn't there by the time I had my surgery done though. I would've gotten a revision there if it wasn't for the rest of the staff. And waking up without my underwear was weird but I didn't know we had to take it off.

After many years of wanting a complete "mommy makeover", I finally decided it was time and I put aside my hesitation/fear to get it done. I interviewed four plastic surgeons, all with stellar reputations and reviews, and let me tell you it was a big decision to make. I chose Dr. Q and I can not express how thrilled I am with my results so far, which is exactly 2 weeks post op.

My body has shape and soft curves that I have not had in years. The breast lift she performed is absolutely what I wanted, natural looking, perky and symmetrical. Dr. Q and her staff are all fantastic. I had been contemplating blepharoplasty for many years. I finally took the plunge after a coworker had undergone breast augmentation with great results and highly recommended Dr. Q's practice. From the initial appointment I felt at ease. Luckily, I was able to have procedure prior to pandemic. I may be an exception but there was literally no pain during or after and because it was an outpatient I was able to have in office and was resting at home soon after for easy recovery. Dr. Q and all of her staff are just so amazing! Every step of the process for my breast augmentation I had done in August 2019 was easy. I couldn't be happier with my results as well as my husband. I had put off getting the procedure done for years and when I met Dr. and staff I wondered why I had waited so long they made me feel comfortable and excited.

I was recommended to Dr. Quardt by my long time friend Evelynn, who is a nurse in her office. I have never had any kind of plastic surgery so needless to say I was a little apprehensive right off the bat, but I trusted my friend and scheduled an appointment. I wanted my upper eyelids done and I had bags under my eyes. Instead of her suggesting upper and lower, more costly and a longer healing time, she recommended upper eyelids and laser resurfacing all around my eyes. Dr. Q was easy to talk to and she and her entire staff are very caring!

My surgery was two weeks ago. I couldn't be happier with the results. I'm already getting compliments on how good I look! My only regret is I didn't do this a long time ago.

My experience with Dr. Quardt and her staff has been nothing but pleasant. I don't think it possible to describe how lucky I was to be recommended to her office as my civilian side doctor. Her staff is extremely friendly, and always makes me feel welcomed in their office. they have never made me feel out of place, despite the fact that I don't look like I belong.

Her staff also worked very closely with my military insurance company to make sure no extra fees were thrown my way and that I wouldn't be denied the procedure entirely. that is a miracle with military insurance. The procedure itself was top notch work. I am only a few months after my surgery, but I already have the results I was looking for. The surgery was much quicker than I expected it to be and the recovery was quicker too. I am more than pleased with my results, and now it's up to me to maintain them.

I've been meaning to write a review for Dr Q's office for some time now, I absolutely LOVE this office. Brittany at the front desk is the SWEETEST along with everyone who works in the back office. I've had breast augmentation with Dr Q, Botox and lip filler with Evelyn and facials with Elayna and one other girl I cant recall her name but was just as amazing.

Everyone in this office is professional makes you feel so comfortable and they truly CARE about your needs and wants. I cant speak on the negative reviews on this page but honestly go in for a consult and see for yourself, Dr Q was very attentive when I first met her, on the day of surgery she made me feel at ease even held my hand while I was being put under. I will continue to go visit Dr Qs office for any future cosmetic procedures and my monthly facials.

I have used Dr. Q twice and have never been happier! She is so easy to talk to and listens to your concerns. I would refer her over and over. I have been with her since 2013 and still so happy.

It's been 2 year since my surgeries and I'm still ecstatic over my results, Dr Q really did a good job. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

Dr Q's work and results are amazing! I had a tummy tuck done 6 months ago and couldn't be happier. I went from a size 9-10 to a size 3-5. I took pain medication the day after and then nothing after that. Whatever she uses during the procedure really works with the recovery. I had heard from multiple people that I was going to feel like I was run over by a train but by day 2, I was able to do my everyday routine pretty much independently.

Only thing I regret is waiting so long to have this done. Elayna, their aesthetician, is amazing with skin. She knows her stuff. If I had to do it again, I'd do it all over in a heartbeat.

I was scheduled for a 2pm consultation with the aesthetician Elaine. I was emailed the documents that needed to be completed before the appointment. I filled out 11 pages of patient information. I was called by Brittany at 1:37 to cancel my 2 pm appointment. I was already on my way to the appointment at that time. If I had been canceled earlier I would have been able to do something different on my day off of work.

Dr. Quardt It's very sad that you have to lie about me being threatening and combative. First off I think if I was being threatening and combative in any way the police would have been involved and a police report would have been made. Second I had never even spoken to you till my last post op visit because you wouldn't see me. And every time I would leave your office I would leave in tears because you wouldn't talk to me.

I was never once threatening or combative like you claim me to be. You even went to the extreme of making your staff lie for you to say I was a certain way so you could get rid of me. I was always polite and patient with you and your staff. Even though you would avoid seeing me at all cost. You even went to the extreme of writing a letter full of lies so you could say I was being combative. It's so sad that you being a doctor would do such a thing.

My husband and my 10yr old daughter are my witness, that I was never at any moment combative and I would never act such a way in front of my daughter. On my last visit my 10 year old daughter was afraid of you with the aggressiveness attitude you gave me. I wasn't going to write about it since it was so much I went through with you and too much to write on a review.

But I'm glad you brought it up so I can clarify what you did! If I was being combative Laura whom I was very sweet to, told me all about her life and where she was moving to, if I was being threatening in any shape way or form she would have never told me where she moved to and what she did for the holidays with her family. I just don't know how someone could be such a liar like you!

Also Elayna your new coordinator told me I was good and patient and she knows I'm not a bad person like you are trying to make me look out to be. She would tell me to talk to you about my concerns but you would avoid me at all cost and I told her that! My husband, my daughter and your staff are my witness I was never in any shape way or form combative like you say I was.

I also want to clarify I wasn't asking for a revision before my 1yr of post op I wanted you to tell me yes you would give me a revision after my year was up and give me that peace of mind and you never gave me that! I'm a Christian woman of God and I forgive you for all the lies you have said about me and all the pain and hurt you have caused me. Because trust me it has caused me severe emotional distress and depression. I just gotta move on and pray you don't do this to anyone else!

Dr Q is amazing! She is a perfectionist at what she does and her bed side manor is amazing. She is top notch and i would go back in a heartbeat for more surgery/procedures. Her staff is amazing and very helpful. I love that she doesn't do a surgery just for the money if you are not a good candidate she will let you know!

Age 57-day of Pico Laser and Botox at lunchtime. No downtime. Obsessed with this maintenance regime!

Like it or not, part of what makes us who we are is our appearance. For me, having a Plastic Surgeon who understands not only the importance of another woman's confidence & self-esteem but also shows a skill set of compassion while reflecting her understanding of what I dislike about my body, was impeccably important. My experience with Dr. Q and her staff has been nothing short of AMAZING!

Not only is Dr. Q warm, friendly, personable and engaging- she is knowledgeable and takes the time to educate her patients too! She took the time during my consult to explain every step of my procedure and the expected recovery I should plan for. On the day of my surgery, the entire staff made me feel comfortable and showed a bedside manner that hardly exists these days! I never imagined I would end up with results this amazing and I am so thankful I picked Dr. Q!

Honestly all these negative reviews are very true I can relate to most of them I wouldn't recommend this dr to anybody unless your ok with having to pay another dr to fix her Mistakes!

I have tried to schedule a consultation with Dr. Q. I left 4 messages for "Brittany" the patient coordinator to call me back. She never did. Very unprofessional. I hope Dr. Q reads these reviews cause her staff is costing her business. I guess I will spend my 10K elsewhere!

Dr Q is amazing with her patients. I went in there for breast augmentation, I'm a bikini competitor so I was worried about it looking not in proportion with the rest of my body, but she did amazing job they came out perfect and I never felt better on stage. I also have her do my Botox, my lips and recently fillers bc my face was leaning out to much for a show she made it look perfect. I also have done the hydro facial in her spa right before my show my skin was glowing. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr Suzanne Quardt is amazing. I went in for Blepharoplasty and some Botox. She does an amazing job and my under and upper eyelids look awesome. My eye bags came out perfect but not super drastic or obvious. She also did the O2 laser on my entire face which took 10 years off my face. Laura and Brittany and the entire staff were extremely helpful. I live in the Bay Area and the trip was well worth it. I added the after picture and a before picture.

Dr. Q is your qualified surgeon to choose. She loves her patients, is an amazing surgeon and has a great staff. Years ago, in 2000, I had a botched arm surgery and didn't do the research I should have. So before having my arms done again and also adding my stomach to be done this time for excess skin removal, I researched surgeons everywhere in the valley, Los Angeles and San Diego.

There was no way I was going to make another mistake. After my consultations to find my surgeon this time, Dr. Q was my fourth consult out of my top five research winners. I knew the moment I met her that she was the one and I was right. If you need anything done, look no further, this is the PERFECT surgeon and staff to take care of you.
