I have been a patient of Dr Wendy Roberts ever since I moved here 4 1/4 years ago. I started seeing her for my skin cancer and have always received excellent results and treatment from her and her staff. Today I was called in because they were offering for FREE, imagine that! FREE Dr Roberts was doing a study giving a Chemical Peel and Botox Injections!

I was given the Peel by a wonderful RN and then Dr Roberts (my most favorite Doc) came in and gave me the Botox Injections. I was given instructions for later along with some face cream and sunscreen to use in the next week. I then made two follow up appointments for a week from today and a month from today! The whole process was easy Peasy and fast. As always a wonderful experience with an amazing Dr and Staff Gail

Dr. Roberts is super knowledgeable and really knows her stuff! She's also a breath of fresh air. She's warm and friendly and takes her time to explain procedures to her patients. I highly recommend her and her professional staff.

Yolanda and Wendy were so kind to me after I was so rude to them, love this place and the staff. They give a superior service in every way. I didn't realize that Wendy is a famous cosmetic doctor! Look her up, she's on TV all the time. She's 63 and she looks so young, it's crazy! Massively recommend. I've been getting botox/dysport for 5 years and this place was the best in terms of their process, knowledge and little add ons, (like they numb you!)

In my opinion, this doctor has questionable business ethics Any transaction you do that involves you signing anything, should be carefully read especially the FINE PRINT. The paper I was asked to sign said I could have put a 10% deposit down yet I was asked to pay the full amount. When I cancelled the in office procedure because of a medical concern, I was refused a refund.

Apparently all SALES are final and non transferable. I didnt think a medical procedure was a SALES item. She also did NOT present a consent form, for my signature, which would have explained the procedure in detail. I still do NOT HAVE all my medical records after 6 requests. Why would a doctor who is required by law to turn them over, refuse to do so? It saddens me to think that a professional would conduct themselves in this way, especially a physician.

Thank you! This is the first thing that comes to mind when I think of the exceptional experience my son and I have during our appointment with Dr. Wendy Roberts and her staff. Dr. Roberts positive energy and expertise is such a welcome change to encounter when you see that she genuinely cares and listens carefully to give medical feedback in layman's terms for us to understand and have confidence in following her instructions after we leave her office.

I like to submit a review after I have had several visits that consistently exceed my expectations. If I could give 10 stars, I would because Dr. Roberts and her staff definitely have exceptional client/customer service in their DNA. Immediately after my son and I left our first appointment with Dr. Roberts, he said "She's better than any Dr. visit I've been to" As a mom, I said to myself "Thank you!" because finding a Dr. who connects professionally and is personable to impress a teenager is commendable!

Dr. Roberts is truly the "Rockstar Dermatologist". I have been her patient for over 10 years during which time she has addressed everything on me from Skin Cancers to hair loss. She had kept me looking younger then my peers through her expertise in fillers, Botox, laser skin toning and resurfacing, PRP scalp treatments and NeoGraft hair transplants. I came to the office for an inflamed cyst. I knew I was in the right place when I saw that Dr. Roberts had the room set up for the procedure even before coming in the room. It was clear that she was going to address the problem that very day without hesitation no matter how big or small sight unseen. Her staff is courteous and professional. Yolanda was extra gentle with changing my dressing when I came back for a follow-up. Diana was very prompt with providing me with an itemized statement to submit to my insurance company. My name is Juli but my Google account comes up under my husband's name. I have relied on Dr. Roberts for years now as a true artist and genius with botox and filler. I don't trust anyone else and she has made me look better than I ever have. She works such magic! Maybe most importantly though, for some reason last year, I lost about 30% of the hair on my head.

When I read that she is the foremost authority on hair loss and respected all over the nation I was so comforted that I already knew her. I was quite concerned that I might lose all my hair and when I made my first appointment she set me completely at ease. She told me she could cure me and she did! I have not had one recurrence since her treatments.

I recommend her to everyone I meet and I have nothing but the highest respect for her. She is also just a delight as a person and her staff and assistants are always so kind.
