Dr. Hamilton was wonderful. Very attentive and detailed in her check up of our son. Glad to have him in her care.

Dr. Hamilton was great with our kid. She was very thorough, calm, and helped a very scared and nervous Mom. She gave excellent care and had great bedside manner. I would definitely recommend the express care! I have also been to this same place myself to get stiches and the staff was great! The nurse practitioner was amazing to me and helped the process go by so smoothly. I highly recommend this place for your whole family!

Dr Hamilton has been our pediatrician for 7.5 years. She is always thorough in her exam. She takes the time to truly address any concerns. We feel extremely supported when we visit. She always ensures that we are provided with additional resources needed. Every visit since the very first visit she has shown up and been truly present. We always feel like the most important patient she has!

Thought she was very thorough. We had to go in for something under urgent care and my teenage son felt comfortable around her. We were looking for a new pediatrician because ours will be retiring and decided to go ahead and transfer our kids over.

Dr. Hamilton team charges any paper work requested from school for $15, even we have been seeing Dr. Hamilton for over ten years. She had made thousands of dollars from us through our insurance company. She treated her patience as cash cows without considering their financial burden. No insurance company would cover this ridiculous cost. Finally, we decide to switch our kids to other doctors who is close to our house and does not charge un reasonable fees.

You know what, she is charging us for $100 for transfering our physical records. I was speechless. I totally agree with one of the reviewer's comments " I found her condescending, impatient, disinterested and insensitive". Try to avoid this doctor if you could.

I have taken my kids to see Dr. Hamilton for nearly 6 years now, and we live in Round Rock and drive the 45 minutes one way to Westlake because THEY ARE THAT AWESOME. We have 4 children ranging in ages from 1 to 11, and my children absolutely LOVE this office, staff, doc, and of course their awesome FISH TANK! Never a long wait for an appointment, clean waiting room, clean exam rooms, books for kids. Dr. Hamilton has been the VERY BEST pediatrician we've ever had the pleasure of working with (IN THREE STATES).

And believe me, I'm picky. I don't know what the low star reviews are about. my daughter has a strawberry hemangioma and DR. Hamilton knew exactly what it was the second she looked at it. my daughter also has a peanut allergy and Dr. Hamilton was the one to diagnose it. My kids have had all the fun weird stuff and she's never missed a beat, we've never needed a second opinion or been unsure of her as a pediatrician. and my husband takes the kids by himself regularly, and has never been made to feel like there's "something wrong" simply because he's a man. So, really I think the one stars are a reflection of the people giving the review because I have never, not one time, had a bad experience or doubted the expertise of Dr. Hamilton, and I won't be taking my kids anywhere else, if I can help it.

We have been using Dr. Hamilton for eight years with three children, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. Hamilton is incredibly thorough and thoughtful, and she is always up to date on the latest medical research. We have had to call Dr. Hamilton in emergencies, and it has been very reassuring to be able to talk with our regular doctor who knows our family and history.

Our grandson's initial visit today with Dr. Hamilton was very positive and exceeded our highest hopes. Both Dr. Hamilton and her staff made the 8-year old boy feel comfortable, which was no small chore considering his dread of taking shots for immunization. We feel very fortunate to have her for his doctor and to have an open file in her practice.

Dr. Hamilton is not recommended. She saw my daughter twice and on the second visit, I asked about what appeared to be some irritation on her skin and Ms. Hamilton, without diagnosis or referral, wanted to report us to CPS or "lose her license". She bumbled around, unable to recognize the cause or even diagnose what was so wrong that she wanted to call police, except that the area was discolored. Turns out that it was a "strawberry" or hemangioma - too many blood vessels near the surface of the skin and apparently a common condition.

A dermatologist knew it immediately and so did our new pediatrician. As we insisted on a better diagnosis, we were at her office for quite some time and ran out of formula. She gave us expired formula! What? Powdered formula doesn't expire for at least a year. More cause for concern. In addition to the insult that the baby was somehow abused, she also lied and said she had inspected the area on the previous visit.

Not so. My baby only came into her office at 3 months old and that area was the same the whole time. Last red flag for me. My daughter was immediately removed from her care and will never be back. I cannot be sure, but I suspect that because I am a man she automatically assumes something is not right. I sure felt that on the first visit and should have known better than to stick with her. Stay away. Not someone you can trust with your precious baby.
