My whole experience was phenomenal from the ER to the anesthesiologist billing department. I was pleased to work with not just a normal customer service rep but also a caring, honest, friendly, and informative young lady named Marivel V she is located at the Dallas location. She assisted me from start to finish. Follow ups was a must and also a promise made. I wouldn't say I enjoyed the bill lol but to have a bill and know that it's not to much of a burden was a success.

Excellent service beyond expectation. I had a problem with my billing amount because I don't have any insurance. The patient advocacy representative from Austin Dept. they are all very nice, especially Marivel, she helped me with my Financial Assistance Application, it was very fast and easy to finish my application and solve my problem, I really appreciate it. Anesthesiologist was great. He was open to any questions and concerns I had. He explained the process and made me feel very comfortable for my procedure. Also, Marivel Vargas in the patient advocacy department in Austin, Tx was very helpful with questions about my bill. Great customer service skills. She was able to address my concern in one phone call.

My shoulder surgery went well. The anesthesiologist, Dr. Chavez and CRNA Mallet did a great job during and post surgery. I did have an insurance issue after the surgery. Melissa from the patient advocacy group at Capitol Anesthesiology Association quickly resolved the problem. It was a relief on this newly mended shoulder. I would recommend them. Thank you very much.

Their chat support is absolutely useless (minus 1 star). Once I decided to reach out via email and snail mail, I was put in touch with Marivel who was amazing! She was so fast with processing my financial assistance application and was very kind & understanding. My bill was discounted 95% and words cannot express my relief and gratitude for Marivel helping me.

Working with them and handling billing was rather clear and handled with ease. I had to file with the Dept. Patient Advocacy in Austin and was worried that having to mail in documentation would be cumbersome or prolonged. It was incredibly easy and swift. The entire process was straightforward.
