Excellent service and care all the way from reception to x-rays to examination in regard to my broken foot. I showed up on time for my appointments and I never had to wait more than a few minutes to be taken for x-rays and then the doctor. Dr. Felton was a genuine pleasure -- friendly but very clear and direct about my condition, prognosis, and how I should proceed during recovery.

I felt that I always had his full attention during examination and he answered all of my questions completely and patiently. I was especially impressed that he kept the manner of treatment and number of visits to what he deemed the appropriate minimum for my injury -- no plaster cast, no surgery or injections -- and all worked out very well in the end.

My first visit to TC Foot & Ankle clinic was 12+ years ago. I was so pleased with the experience and outcome that Dr. Felton was my first call when I was having foot pain. The office staff is very responsive, and I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. Dr. Felton assessed the issue and discussed all of my options, answering my questions thoroughly.

I felt like a partner in my own healthcare, which is important to me. Dr. Felton operated on my foot, and the entire process could not have been smoother. Right after surgery my foot felt better, and just 2 weeks later I am so happy with the progress. The communication and coordination from the staff throughout was top notch, and took the stress out of the situation. I highly recommend Dr. Felton and TC Foot & Ankle Clinic.

My experience with Twin Cities Foot and Ankle Clinc has always been positive. I have had difficulty with a toe that ultimately required surgery. Dr Sperling proceeded conservatively and listened carefully to my concerns. Ultimately my toe no longer is a source of discomfort and I can walk 3-4 miles at a time without pain.

I have gone to Twin Cities Foot and Ankle Clinic for years now, as a patient of Dr Judith Sperling. I've had a few different problems, and she has always listened carefully to my complaints, and then known just what to offer as therapy. In fact, I resisted one treatment course she advised for some time, to my own detriment, and when I finally relented, the course of therapy was totally successful. Dr Sperling listens carefully, asks pertinent questions, runs on time, and has a personable staff. She is one of my all time favorite doctors, for her good advice, cheery attitude, and common sense.

Twin Cities Foot & Ankle Clinic has been a career saver for me. I have been working for many years as a barber/stylist, and without the expert help and custom arch supports prescribed by Dr. Felton, I would not be able to continue to work on my feet as I have! Thank you Dr. Felton and Twin Cities Foot & Ankle Clinic! Leslie Andresen

Won't go back due to front office etiquette. My prescription ran out- no big deal right? As directed from their office, I can go to my pharmacy and have the pharmacist request a refill, so I did just that. After waiting 2 days I checked back at the pharmacy but they never received confirmation back from the office. I asked the pharmacist to re-request and I watched the pharmacist do just that.

I was also out shopping errands, so I decided to stop in at their office and do some due diligence to verify the 2nd request was received. I got nothing but deflection and excuses as to who dropped the ball the first time. After loosing 5 minutes of my life listening to defection & finger pointing. I finally cut off the front office worker and asked to simply put in a request for a refill.

Then I was left to kick rocks and wait patiently for a couple more days with having no medication. Wouldn't you know on my 3rd visit to the pharmacist they still were not authorized to refill it? Mind you, I was told at the beginning my medication would have a 3 refill authorization. Yet I only finished off my first initial dose. Sigh.back to the office again.to ask what the hold up was.

Another 10 minutes of my life spent listening to how it's all the pharmacist fault. After listening to defection after deflection, I asked did my in person request from a few days ago count for anything? She told me excuse after excuses. Even said it would be better to call and leave a voicemail rather than driving back to the clinic. That's when I had enough with excuses and instructed the front office to leave the doctor a voicemail of me not showing up for my follow up exams because I'm taking my business to another foot clinic.

A week and a half, 3 requests from a pharmacy literally across the street from them- and 2 in person requests (my 3rd visit being my dismissal of service to them). This office was still convinced everyone was to blame (including myself for showing in person and not leaving a voicemail) but themselves. Since my departure from service from them my foot issues were resolved quickly, conveniently and dare I say almost routinely. In all my life, in all my doctor prescribed medications.boy I've never seen my dysfunction than this office

Became patient at referral of my chiro due to some foot functionality concerns. Doctor did brief eval and quickly recommended custom rigid orthotics. Was basically told it's just because of the way my foot's shaped, but did not walk away with a clear understanding of what other options, what an x-ray might show, or why a purely custom, rigid orthotic is the best option as opposed to a flexible option that's meant to allow your foot to do what it's meant to do: move!

After casting, one footbed was not well-fitted to my foot (could fit an entire finger between orthotic bed and my arch) and had to come back after a second one was made up. Was a joke to expect these chunky orthtics to fit even close to reasonably well in footwear, despite saying this was a big factor in what I needed. After months of wearing them, didn't see much noticeable improvement in foot function--essentially they were just a cane for your feet that didn't address any underlying concerns. Was told about a foot functional adjustment program, but didn't feel was given clear details on what this would entail over the course of weekly visits for months.

In all, just seemed to be a cookie cutter approach tacked on. Have since addressed many of the concerns with simple fitness and foot strengthening exercises on my own, in additional to another physical therapist saying my feet are just fine. Unless you have serious foot issues, likely requiring surgery, likely not the best choice

I was very impressed with Dr Felton and his office. Great care and went out of their way to perform surgery at a center that they don't normally use. I love my new feet! Have recommended them to more than one of my friends.

I had surgery with Dr Sperling about 6 months ago for my Morton's neuroma. I was so stressed and nervous about this surgery and it went extremely well. Surgery scheduling and day were smooth, postop recovery was better than expected, and I feel like I have a new foot - no more pain and limitations! Dr Sperling was knowledgable and fantastic. Could not recommend her more highly.

Dr. Sperling is a pretty good doctor and helped a relative of mine with some diabetic neuropathy. I enjoyed the care that she provided for my family member. However, the communication with the customer service was AWFUL! I overheard the conversation that my relative was having with Ronnie ( the biller ) and she was incredibly disrespectful and was very unclear about the charges that were being taken place. I would not recommend this place due to the horrible treatment my relative got from the billing department. Absolutely disgraceful.
