I have been a Certified Civil Surgeon successfully providing Immigration Medical Services for USCIS since 2006. I came to the United States from Sweden when I was 2 years old and received a Green Card. I went to High School, University and Medical School while remaining on my Green Card. I have true empathy for my immigration patients. I proudly became a US Citizen in 2003. My clinic's vision is to provide high quality, efficient, and compassionate health care for those applying for their Green Card.
Services
The I-693 Immigration Medical Exam is a two visit process. The first visit takes approximately 90 minutes to start the paperwork, do the physical exam and collect the screening lab tests. The lab tests take 3-5 days to run. Thus, the second visit is typically one week after the first, and it takes approximately 30 minutes to review, sign and seal your paperwork.
Per USCIS rules, it is the responsibility of the applicant to pay for their I-693 services. We accept payments by credit card and cash. Medical Insurance does not cover your Immigration Services/Exam. Medical Insurance will cover any vaccines you may need updated. A. Complete I-693 Immigration Exams are done to verify the physical and mental health of applicants.

Dr. Oldenburg is the best you can find. As a person, he is the best human being you can find in the world. He is very kind, gentle and understanding about why you are there. The process with him is pretty straightful and INCREDIBLE FAST! In the first day, he examined us and give the directions to the blood exams and update the vaccines. You can do both by WALKING which we are able to do in the VERY SAME DAY! Tip: set the appointment with Dr. as early as possible, go to the CVS in front and set the appointment to after you do the blood extractions.
We made the blood extractions and went to CVS for the vaccines update and we had to wait for 2 hours. But the people in CVS were incredible gentle and fast as well. After a week, we returned and we were able to walk with the results in hands! Go for the best and set your appointment with Dr. Oldenburg now.

This place is a solid 5, my experience was excellent. Dr Oldenburg was clear from the work go. He communicated well throughout the process and kept his word to the end. The 1st appointment is 90 min (family of 4) and no time was wasted in this 90 min slot. The 2nd appointment (final review) is for 30 min and is very productive with no time wasted whatsoever. Dr Oldenburg clearly understands the importance of I-693 for immigrant families and does his best to answer all their queries.
I would highly recommend going to Dr Oldenburg over anybody else. Few recommendations for your appointment 1> Plan additional 120 mins after your 90 min appointment with Dr OldenBurg for following a> If any of the family members need to get a missing vaccine, you can go to CVS minute clinic across the road and take care of it right away. My wife and I had to take a tetanus shot each as we didn't have a record of our last tetanus shot. b> Blood tests that happen at Methodist which is roughly 2 miles from Dr Oldenburg's office.
While 60 mins is on the higher side, it includes parking, walking, waiting etc. 2> Get all your vaccination records updated in one place preferably with your primary physician. Take the records with you for the first appointment. 3> Fill your portion of I-693 accurately. I made a mistake but Dr Oldenburg corrected it without any fuss. Overall, I was absolutely delighted with how smoothly the entire process was handled.

Highest possible recommendation for Dr. Oldenburg on immigration-related medical matters (such as I-693). He is an experienced, expert and a caring practitioner; possesses an excellent "bedside manner"; and his patient services (scheduling, payment, explanation of administrative processes) are first rate. Also worth noting in this environment: extremely vigilant in reducing COVID-19 risks. A first rate physician.

My regular physician does not have office hours over the weekend and I needed to find care quickly. I went to TCMC Urgent Care and was seen immediately. I found the staff to be very welcoming and efficient and the physician who treated me to be compassionate and professional. He provided me with the treatment I needed. I appreciate the care I received and I highly recommend this clinic.

Summary: If all you need is stitches or a prescription for a cold/strep I'm sure they would be fine. If you're not sure what's going on they can't do much to find out and will send you else where. I'll start with the positives: the receptionist and especially the nurse were absolutely wonderful and the only reason this wasn't a 1 star rating. Now the bad: the doctor I saw seemed nice but did everything super slow.
To be honest I think it might be time for him to retire. I went to the urgent care facility and signed off that they could perform they're job (including a specific box for blood work). I came in with lower abdominal pain and the doctor palpated my stomach to feel where the pain was. At the end all he told me was that the pain was not normal and I should schedule an appointment or go to an urgent care that is related to a hospital. So literally learned nothing new as that's why I went there, to schedule an appointment with urgent care.

Had a wonderful experience. I had an infection in my mouth (a possible abscess.) It was obvious because my face was swollen. I was in a lot of pain and was afraid the doctor would tell me it's a dental issue and not help me. I knew I needed an antibiotic to kill the infection and that the pain would subside as soon as that kicked in. The doctor did exactly that.
I was fluctuating between a 7 and 10 level of pain and was a bit offended that I was prescribed Sa couple of pain killers to keep me comfortable until the antibiotic kicked in. I chose not to say anything and was thankful I even found a place to be seen and was leaving with the prescription for an antibiotic. I will never use another Urgent Care if I can avoid it. If I need an Urgent Care again this is going to be my first choice.

First time here, waited 2 hours to see doctor, only too be denied medical service because the doctor up and left the room before I finished telling him what happened. They took my copay and then tried to tell me this was a work comp, which it wasn't. The doctor was rude. I am reporting them to the Board. My insurance told me to go to urgent care, they were so worried about not getting paid, they denied me medical attention.
I had an abscess tooth and ended with infection in my system because the infection started draining in my mouth. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. The woman that worked the desk was very nice and I could tell she felt bad.

One of the worst urgent care experiences, EVER! Receptionist was rude, and the doctor was an idiot. I have never experienced such poor, incompetent service. I explained to the doctor that I suffer from a unique ailment (as described from my general care doctor - I am out-of-state), and he laughed and told me I was crazy. To make it worse, the doctor gave me and did nothing to make me feel better.
He gave me a sheet on the common cold and told me to read it - I'm sorry, but am I 12 years old? Two weeks later, I'm still sick and another doctor told me that it is mostly likely a bacteria infection. I've been suffering for an additional two weeks due to this doctor's misdiagnosis. AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COSTS. YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

My family has used Dr. Mike and Twin Cities Medical Clinic three times--and every time has been an excellent experience. Pain-free, quick and comprehensive care. And after one particularly-important time-sensitive visit for my daughter (who had a high school sports time line), the follow-up calls from the clinic to check-in were a very nice touch. My only regret is that I wish I had started using them years ago.
