I had a 2:30 appointment. I waited to see the Dr. until almost 5:00. This clinic follows the old airline practice of overbooking, but instead of overbooking flights, they overbook apointments. This was my first visit to this clinic for which I had already waited almost a month. I was told there was " some delay".but not given a chance to reschedule.
I had no idea what "some delay" meant. When the Dr did arrive in the exam room she offered apologies. When asked why I hadn't been told how long " some delay" meant, the Dr told me " they"(?) want to keep a full appointment schedule.even with unexpected emergencies that cause obvious delays that back up the entire schedule." I was not the only person endlessly waiting in an exam room. Another woman, a patient of another Dr., emerged from her exam room asking, " How much longer am I expected to wait here?"

I almost died from a routine outpatient prostate biopsy surgery performed by one of Urology Clinic's doctors. I spent the next 5 days barely clinging to life in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Can't discuss details because of pending malpractice lawsuit. Do your research and choose your doctors carefully!

I cannot begin to express my satisfaction with the staff. Each and every one of them was courteous, professional, and made my visit as comfortable as they possibly could. Dr Porter answered all my questions and concerns he is an amazing doctor. I could not have chosen a better doctor than Dr Porter and his team. I felt at home and safe in their care. Thank you all so much.
