I had a terrible experience with this center. Beside the terrible wait time when I visited the doctors here, the communication was the problem too. The doctors told me someone gonna call about my drops and there's no call at all after weeks and I had to call them back to ask about the situations. They also never told me about the drop expirations or inform me before throw them away.
I definitely never ever come back this place, they have bad reviews for reasons! Update: Now I saw their response with "We have many happy customers". Lol, they also have many unhappy customers that gave them many bad reviews. Good luck!

I had a horrible experience both times in office for post-op visits after an out-of-state meatoplasty. I recently relocated to TX, and ahead of my follow up with Dr. Briggs, my surgeon send all relevant files and information. At my new patient visit none of this information had been processed, or shared with the doctor, and I had to recount my entire medical history to a nurse who didn't understand anything I told him during a rushed five minute appointment where a follow up was scheduled in two-months.
During my second follow up I again had to provide my entire medical history to a nurse who didn't understand what I was sharing, and didn't seem to have any record of my first appointment. Again I was rushed in and out without any conversation or attempt to get to know me as a long-term patient and Dr. Briggs recommended another follow up in two months, as "my deductible should be met by then". Save your money and find a practice that values properly intaking your medical history and treating you like more than a five minute clinic visit.

I would give no stars if I could. A lot of things not normal here. Went in once and the front desk staff were incredibly rude. Dr Briggs saw me for no longer than 5min juggling all the other patients in other rooms, did a hearing test but no real solution to my issue and prescribed steroids to come later again. Then the bill came $972. I took my health and my 'business' elsewhere. There are better ENTs specialists in Austin.

A testimonial from one of our patients: "Rock Star" falls way short in describing your staffs' elegant support this week. Although a call from your staff was a routine task, HOW you responded was light, caring, informative and was sprinkled with oh-so-perfect humor. Thank you for making a difference in our moment of need!" - Marty & Barri

Dr. Stierman and Dr. Kennedy are both amazing doctors and my son was so at ease around them, which is why they got two stars. However, their office staff, makes it next to impossible to contact anyone. I was put on several long pauses, more than 5 minutes, of dead air. For that reason, I cannot recommend them. I wanted to edit to add, while we were there, the majority of the staff we talked to were very pleasant. It was a good in-person appointment. However, if I can't get follow up with them, then it defeats the purpose of seeing them.

It has now been 2 years since Dr. Briggs performed surgery on my sinuses. My quality of life has significantly improved because of the surgery and I couldn't be happier with how it has gone. I was unable to breathe through my left nostril for years and had terrible allergy and sinus issues due to a deviated septum and enlarged turbates. The surgery was explained well, performed well, and Dr. Briggs even answered late night phone calls to his personal phone number when we had questions. He is a true professional. I highly recommend.

Had a horrible experience at this allergy center, I switched doctors. So much miscommunication with the staff. I verified my insurance with them before beginning allergy shots and then at check out, they tell me something different. This happend twice. When I first called the doctor's office they told me they took appointments for allergy shots, but they don't.
Walk ins only. They go by a schedule on line that you have to check. Even when you check the schedule and go, the doctor sometimes was not even there yet. For someone like me that could only schedule shots around my lunch time (1 hr), don't even bother going into get shots. Get on the drops. I only got 1 shot the 4 times I went because the doctor was either not there yet and their were people in front of me. Only positive thing I can say is Dr. Briggs seemed very nice. I enjoyed meeting him during my appointment.

After reading all of the negative reviews it's sad to hear because my experience with the staff was A+. Give the staff and prices a break, at least you have health care like a lot of the US doesn't. I feel bad for all of the negativity this clinic has gotten but I would recommend them to anyone. I was seen this week to confirm my deviated septum and polyps and got in for Surgery the next day! As I sit here recovering Dr. Braggs was very professional and I can't wait to be breathing at 100% in a few days.
