These guys billing practices are horrible. Even when you pay surprise billing they still go after you SMH. When it's removed they just put back on. They have no idea what monies they are owed or not.

I had the absolute most horrible experience regarding Dr. Scott Lin. He is one of the most unprofessional individuals I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. He is obviously incapable of giving a professional MRI report without giving his opinion or making assumptions based on a persons gender. age and race. And for whatever reason this individual feels that he should take the opportunity to insult women through their MRI reports while making untruthful assumptions of them and then detailing so in his reports.

This mans obvious dislike for anyone who's race. gender or age is not something he approves of will definitely come out In all of his reports Obviously embarrassing your facility and make anyone second-guess using your services. If you allow him to continue reading reports of any kind, You should be held accountable by allowing this person to do this to multiple people. Since having gone on Google and yelp and read the complaints about him ( as well as leaving my own review ) I see that I am not the only individual he does this to.

BEWARE and STAY INFORMED! I was compelled to write this review after learning I have 5 COMPLETELY FRAUDULENT open accounts ranging from $39 to over $800! Finding that my problem was not a solitary one lead me to believe the problem originates with this business. One only needs to follow the paper trail and it leads directly to this seedy group of medical scammers. Thanks for the huge pain in the @$$ radiology consultants of N. Dallas/Texas! I thought doctors were supposed to help ease your pain NOT give you more! Jeez!

I had a CT done at Baylor downtown. 5 months pass and I got a letter in the mail from a collections agency on behalf of american radiology. I NEVER GOT A ORIGINAL BILL FROM THIS GROUP AT ALL! They automatically sent it to collections! What a crooked group. Good thing I have a 825 score haha good luck collecting

Never went here. But all of a sudden got a collections notice for something done in 11/2016. I WASN'T EVEN LIVING IN TEXAS IN 2016. Smh.

I had a procedure done at Medical City in Aug 2017. I discovered today, May 3, 2018 they sent my bill to collections. I called to speak with them about why they did not send me an original bill. They said they mailed one Sept 9, 2017. I explained I never received the bill! They were unwilling to work with me. So, my take is these doctors are getting scammed by their billing department.they are not doing their job, they are relying on Credit Systems International to get their money. Shame on the doctors for not caring about their patients any more than this.

Wish I new the doctor that read my report so I could speak with him/her directly. I hope to NEVER use Medical City again.they don't care about their patients credit, their apathy is contemptible.

AWFUL. They mail you ONE bill which may or may not reach you. Then they send on to collections. Their apathy towards their patients is contemptible.don't use them. Dallas is filled with radiologists that actually care about their patients!
