The office staff is just terrific - friendly, understanding and really on top of things. I had an emergency meeting that I had to rush to and they worked in concert to make it so that I made it out in 20 min (of what would have been a 1 hour visit, leaving nothing out). Dr. Adams is great too - knowledgeable, explains things in simple no-fuss terms, and honest about what to expect. Thank you!

I first saw Dr Adams in 2006, and returned as I want a different type of implant now. I could easily have stayed with my original set because they are gorgeous. I cannot recommend him enough. His work is flawless, he's the best at what he does - and I've worked in the aesthetic industry for 14 years and have seen a lot of other doctors greatest work.

As a patient I can say that your recovery is next to nothing. You may feel a little tired for 12-24 hours, but your excitement at your now perfect breasts overrides that. I had nearly invisible scars, I cannot wait to see what I have after this next surgery. Dr Adams explains what he wants to do and why, he explains your options, and he's friendly and positive the entire time.

Dr. Adams practice is polished, professional, exceedingly organized and very well staffed. I have been made extremely comfortable during my research process, very well educated regarding my options and there was always a staff member available to answer any questions I had. The rapid recovery approach is exactly as it is described and I have had nothing but a pleasant and very positive outcome. I've been going to Dr. Adams' office for over two years to get injections from Dr. Jordan. I'm extremely selective on who I will let touch my face because I've had bad experiences elsewhere. Dr. Jordan has always made me feel comfortable and listens to my needs. She has enhanced my features to keep me looking young while also maintaining a very natural look.

The staff at the office is also outstanding. Ellory is always smiling when you walk in the door, Caroline is helpful with my billing and Brilliant Distinctions points, and Robin (Dr. Jordan's nurse) is extremely attentive. Robin will even call you a week after your appointment to check in. It's obvious that they love their clients. I will continue referring my friends to Dr. Adams Plastic Surgery, and will be a loyal client for life!

Dr Adams has been my go to doctor for all of my cosmetic surgeries and I wouldn't go to any other surgeon. He is extremely knowledgeable not only as a doctor but has also had his research published in scholarly journals, in addition to his work in the education of other doctors on best practices in plastic surgery. It's always a plus to know that your doctor is really at the forefront of the field! He takes the time to answer any questions you may have and is always very helpful. The office staff is really nice and welcoming! I recommend him extremely highly!

Dr. Adams was my surgeon for a two stage breast surgery. Step 1) removal of 350cc implants after two kids I had a lot of sag. Reducing my natural breast and a lift. Also used the 'internal bra' mesh. Step 2: after healing I had more implants put in. Seriously made such a huge difference I felt like a new person. Surgery 2) a full tummy tuck that CHANGED my life in a good way.

I had muscle separation from 2 pregnancies and loose skin. I had the muscle repair, tummy tuck and liposuction. I have had quite a bit more weight loss and will be going back to Dr Adams for another implant exchange now that I have reached my goal weight. Book that consultation! You'll love the staff. Christy, Sydney and Ellery are so helpful.

I had many friends refer me to their plastic surgeons, luckily Dr. Adams was one of them. I did my research and loved his technique, approach, and 24 hour recovery time. Hi everyone! My surgery was in May 2015. It went awesome, very quick recovery and back on my feet immediately. It took me 20 years to make the decision for a breast augmentation. I have worked with Dr. Adams and many plastic surgeons in my professional careercand can attest that he is one of the best in the country, not only clinically but academically as well.

He helped me through the correct size and breast implant selection process, helpedme feel comfortable and confident of the surgery outcomes. Today, I am still very happy with my decision. I'm completely comfortable, look awesome and can't thank him and his staff for being there for me through the process. Not only is he a great surgeon and teacher, he is a great person. Funny how no one had reviewed Dr. Adam's on here in years, but now there's two positive reviews done on the same day specifically addressing reductions after I post mine. Seems highly suspicious. In response to the reviewer that said insurance should've covered it, yes my insurance company did preapprove the surgery as medically necessary. However, Dr. Adams is out of network. Therefore, my insurance company only covered $297 of the over $12,000 surgery.

I went in knowing they may not cover much, but I was willing to pay whatever amount out of pocket for it to be done properly. And in regards to wanting implants, if you had read my review throughly, you would've understood that I wanted the implants in order to maintain upper fullness and shape, not to be larger or have a fake look. And, again if you had read my review, you should've seen that I requested implants at my initial consult. It's not like I changed my mind and decided I wanted larger breasts again.

You shouldn't make assumptions about someone whose results you haven't seen. With just the reduction alone, my breasts are flat and wide with the upper portion almost being concave. It is a very common procedure to have small implants done along with a larger reduction like I had. If you do some research on reductions, you will see it is done quite often.

Two of my cousins had reductions with implants, both had great results and did not have to go back for revision. I have now seen three other surgeons all who agree my surgery was not done well and needs revision. I'm not just being unreasonable!

I recently went in to see Dr. Adams for a follow up. I had surgery by Dr. Adams several years ago and I still look great! I also had tons of friends over the years that have had surgery by Dr. Adams and all are extremely happy with their results. Also, I noticed the breast reduction review. Perhaps you had unrealistic expectations coming in for a reduction and then wanting implants later?

Breast reductions are completely different than breast augmentations. I do not understand. I would think most breast reduction patients do not want implants?. They are trying to be smaller not larger. They are on two different sides of the scale. Did you want a fake full look? Dr. Adams is more of a safe and natural kind of surgeon and is a true expert in breast surgery, maybe he was not the right surgeon for you wanting to have a large, fake look. I would think most insurance companies would have covered a breast reduction to help with cost. One of my friends got it covered by insurance.

I had a mastopexy done by Dr. Adams. Best decision I have ever made! I love my results. The recovery time was as easy as he said it would be. The experience overall was delightful. I went in nervous about the whole thing, came out of the consultation without a doubt in mind that I was doing the right thing, and with the right doctor. Dr. Adams office was a joy to work with and they made sure I was comfortable and understood the process every step of the way. Dr. Adams listened to my needs and wants and helped me understand what was possible for my best outcome. I trust him completely. I have referred many people to him and they have loved their results as well.

I cannot express how much I appreciate Dr. Adams and his staff for such an awesome experience! I consulted with several other Dr's, but decided on him because of his knowledge and caring personality.2 thumbs up that his staff are also super friendly! Very warm overall experience, from consultation to the end of my surgery. Recovery was exactly what he said it would be and more! No pain for me, easiest surgery I've ever been through. Dr. William P Adams is a wonderful surgeon. He is truly knowledgeable and skilled within his field. It's been four years since my cohesive gel implant procedure and I continue to receive compliments on the beautiful work Dr. Adams has provided. He is sincerely the best doctor I have encountered. I will only seek future services from him and his wonderful staff.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Dr Adams is by far the best doctor and plastic surgeon I've ever had the pleasure of meeting with. I had other doctors tell me that I was basically inoperable, and because of his innovative methods and technology, Dr Adams was able to give me exactly what I wanted, and my recovery time was minimal. I was driving the next morning!

His staff his friendly and attentive, absolutely wonderful and a joy to work with. I recommend him to all of my friends and clients who are interested in getting any work done. He's truly the best in Dallas!

I did months of research and had several previous consultations prior to my decision to go with Dr Adams. I had to write a review to let everyone know what an incredible facility this is. The staff are all very professional, informative, and very friendly. Ashley, Dr Adams' nurse, was especially helpful and my procedure was so much less stressful than I imagine it could have been because of her. Dr Adams was very approachable and educated me more in one consultation than from all my previous consults.

He gave realistic expectations and informed me on what to expect long term, which is very important to me. I would definitely advise this doctor.and I'm extremely picky!
