The Capital Nephrology Access Center (CNAC) is accredited by the Accreditation Association of Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). The accreditation signifies that we have met the rigorous standards of a nationally recognized third party. In addition, it shows our commitment to providing the highest levels of quality health care to our patients and the same high level of conduct in our business practices. The Access Center provides a vast array of quality services to our dialysis and pre-dialysis patients.
Chronic kidney disease (CKD) means your kidneys are damaged and can't filter blood the way they should. The main risk factors for developing kidney disease are diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, and a family history of kidney failure. Testing may be the only way to know if you have kidney disease.
You, our patients, are our top priority. Our physicians, specialists and support staff are caring, experienced and highly trained in their fields. They are committed to excellence - and more importantly, they are committed to you. We are proud of our outstanding medical staff of highly-skilled physicians. We provide state-of-the-art care in areas such as Nephrology, Chronic Kidney Disease, High Blood Pressure, Dialysis, and Acute Kidney Failure.

I have been a patience for a short time. The service is poor. My health is important and as a medical facility especially of this nature you think chasing phone calls who not be. It has been a week and the return calls are not being met. As one reviewer stated: the is no weekend on call. I'm going to try to go back to woodland or else ware. I'll be dead before I get a response from my assigned dr.
