I have 2 kids I take to Northwest since they were born, 4 yrs now, and they are so amazing. The office staff is so friendly and accommodating. We have lived out of greensboro for 3 yrs now and I won't take my kids anywhere else. Recently my youngest had a health scare and her provider has been more than supportive and considerate. She has even called to check on my daughter outside of an appointment. Both my kids see Elizabeth Christy and I could not recommend her enough!

Great and fast service! Everyone is so nice and attentive. The appointment was quick and the waiting time was short. Recommended!

We have been going here for 2.5 years and have never had a bad experience with my 2 kids. They tell you up front what they require for vaccines which I appreciate. Dr. Declaire is by far my favorite doctor there she treats you like she's known you her whole life and treats your kids like her own. Highly recommend this office.

Dr. Declaire is a saint. I had an immediate connection with her! She was so calm and constantly encouraging and praising my son. The best thing in the world is the feeling of knowing your kids are in good hands. I would refer this practice to anyone, especially if you go see Dr. Declaire. Thank you!

I am using northwest pediatrics for my 3 kids from last seven years. I am now very disappointed by the time MD or any NP is giving to talk about your concerns. My son is 5 years old, he had a wellness visit with Christy Elizabeth FNP, . On my visit, I asked about rash around the lips on his face and she recommended hydrocortisone otc. She was in rush and not paying attention.

The wellness visit is not free, I pay for that. If she want me to come for sick visit and wanna prescribe something and I can pay for one more sick visit too. The results are my son has more flares of rash on his face and its getting worse. The reason is steroid cream that I applied for 3 weeks, And today I went for sick visit MD jennifer summer prescribe a cream which is very expensive and that is for steroidal induced perioral dermatitis. Why my son is suffering because of their NP wrong advise.

Absolutely the BEST Pediatricians in town. From a mom of a child with special needs it is a nice feeling when you are treated like family, Northwest Pediatrics take their time and are very patient with my children. All the providers are amazing. So thankful we made the transition to this practice.

Worst ever! Stay away! My daughter is 11 month old, and she has swelling gum, blisters on her tongue, refused solid food since last week, we visit here twice within a week, and two different doctors told us it is just teething, and did nothing, and did not check it thoroughly. They even told me luckily she does not have herpes because she doesn't have fever, without a good look at her mouth.

They are so cold and neglecting. We were so worried so we changed to another pediatrics after yesterday's visit at northwest, after a thorough examination, my daughter was diagnosed with coxsackievirus, which can lead to infections all over her mouth, that's why her gum is also reddish and swelling, they also showed me the red blisters back in her throat, which causes her hard time swallow.

I regret so much I didn't switch earlier, and trust these worst doctors at northwest pediatrics again by paying them a second visit. Even we have expressed doubts about so called "teething", they still just want to quickly get over the appointment, and rush out in a few minutes, and didn't pay any attention. They don't care for the patients! How could they miss that with two different doctors in two visits? I can only imagine systematically how untrained they are, or how neglecting they are. STAY AWAY!

I love Northwest Pediatrics, all of the doctors & nurses are wonderful as well. We are always rotated through the doctors and have loved all of them. As a first time mother it has been great having them, they answer any questions or concerns I have. We're never rushed through any appointment and feel as if we are getting the best quality help and customer service at every appointment.

Their late policy is a little strict (3 strikes, your out) but, I understand that it is to make sure wait times are not long, and every patient is seen in a timely manner. No one wants to be sitting in the lobby for over 20 minutes with a sick child. I would highly recommend this establishment to any parent!
