OGI truly appreciates the importance that a woman's sexual and reproductive health holds for her - physically and emotionally. It is not only key to her everyday well-being, but also the focus of life events such as her first period, the birth of a child and the beginning of menopause. Our expert physicians and nurse practitioners offer a well-rounded approach to your gynecological care, one that meets both your physical and emotional needs.
Obstetrics, Gynecology and Infertility was established in 1972. Over the years, we have grown to eleven physicians, seven nurse practitioners and one physician assistant. Amy, her husband and children enjoy spending time outdoors; especially swimming, camping, and hiking. Lindsay enjoys the full scope of OB/GYN practice, taking care of patients from adolescence through menopause and beyond.
Infinite Health Collaborative ("i-Health") is a group of independent physician practices who have joined together to offer a solution for your healthcare needs. Our goal is to provide a network of physicians that are closely aligned to deliver value-based care. OBGYN & Infertility is proud to partner with other independent physician groups in Minnesota and western Wisconsin.

It seems staff that answer the phones and schedule appointments could use some customer service training or maybe a reminder that patients calling to schedule appointments may be dealing with things (meidcal concerns/ stress about what's going on medically) and deserve kindness or, at minimum, respect. My experience with appoitment scheduling was enough for me to look for another clinic.

I have my son because of Dr. Brown. I recommend this clinic to everyone I meet who is struggling to get pregnant or stay pregnant. Dr. Brown and the clinic made me feel special at every visit and gave me a very clear treatment plan -- this was after I had struggled for years to find a clinic that could help with my specific needs. They are incredible and mean so much to me and my family.

First of all, I have had so many ultra sounds which from what I know of isn't healthy for babies. Second, lacking information with visits and didn't receive proper information prior to a test. I ask that this be adjusted for future ladies coming to you. It's inconsiderate to put babies and moms to be at risk. To further it by not giving proper information about upcoming appointments so we can prepare.

UPDATE 3/2022: I had previously written a negative review in February 2020 about how difficult it was to get ahold of anyone here to set up an appointment. Now I can only assume that they were experiencing staffing difficulties at that time, as I eventually got an appointment, became a regular patient, and never had issues again. And in fact I would highly recommend OGI Maple Grove!
I saw Dr. Baker for a couple years till she retired, then Dr. Ellingson, and both were wonderful. The NP staff is also great. I appreciated that everyone was open and honest regarding options and cost, and allowed me to make my own decisions.

This place is terrible with keeping on-time appointments. Every time I've been here I've waited in the lobby 30 min or more. Not sure why they don't schedule according to what they can commit to. Super irritating and inconsiderate. Update May 25th, 2021: Sitting in the lobby for my 12:00pm appointment. I got here 10 min early and it is now 12:30pm.
I was told they don't have any rooms available, but I'm next with my doctor. Why is it so difficult for this place to get their scheduling correct and courteous? I've built a relationship with my doctor, but may have to switch mid-treatment to a different clinic. The patient is expected to be on time and I expect the same courtesy from the clinic. It'd be one thing if this only happened once in a while, but it seems to be almost every visit.

I have been going to OBGYN & Fertility for almost a decade and I love it. The doctors and nurses are always so nice, helpful and educational. I love that they have a nurses line so you can have a mini consultation before you decide if you need an appt. I had a minor emergency this morning and they got me in within the hour. Everything was quick, efficient and as good as that kind of appt can be! I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Baby number 4, new to the area, did my research. 27 weeks tomorrow, I have only seen my actual OB twice. I was patient through all the Covid-19 changes and issues. I get it. But when I really needed them. I couldn't get through, when I finally did, I received mixed messages on course of action. Switching OBs at 27 weeks, if that's not stressful, I am not sure what is.

I have to say I am quite disappointed in the level of service received today. I went in 15 minutes early (per their direction) for my 3:00 pm appointment. Waited in the lobby until 3:20, checked in with the front desk, and was finally called back at 3:30 (30 minutes post appointment time). Went through the check in process with the nurse, who informed me (without apology for my wait) that I was not on her schedule for the doctor, but I was on the schedule at the front desk.
She informed me that the doctor would be in soon, and left the room. After waiting another 30 minutes (at this time, 1 hour and 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment) I left the clinic. Such disregard for patients time. Beyond that, there was hair all over the floor in the room, and fake eyelashes, that certainly weren't mine. Of course that raises sanitation concerns. Upon mentioning this to the woman at the front desk before leaving, her only response was "oh. Gross". No kidding.
