I took my daughter to see Dr. Gunnar West I was very impressed they sanitized all the chairs and all the equipment after every use the bathroom in the office was very clean the staff was very professional very helpful and very nice I love this office

I love coming to this facility after finally getting the right treatment on my ears. The doctors fully explained why I was having the problem and now my ears are better than ever before. The staff are amazing and office was clean and everyone is so nice and professional. I have recommended all my family and friends.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Office and equipment is dated and not clean. Went for a throat constriction and the the Doctor billed me for a Fiberoptic Rhinolaryngoscopy for no reason other then to pad the bill. Office is more concerned about profits then patient care. In addition, credit card payments taken over the phone are charged a additional $5 service fee.

The people who work at this facility are AWESOME! prompt service, and scheduling, and great facility. The doctors are excellent, honest, and highly experienced. I went here for a ruptured eardrum, and the doctor was able to diagnose my problem, and fix my ear in the same day. I highly recommend this place for any ENT needs.

Dr. West and his staff are very professional and personable. I felt very comfortable during my visit and with the care that I received.

Dr. Wess is amazing and so is his staff! Came in here thinking I just had a small sleeping problem, but found out I had multiple allergies along with Sleep Apnea. Appointments are always on time and rescheduling is easy as well.

Loved him as a doctor. Have been to him twice, it was never crowded, and i went right in and seen him. Both times i went his whole team were great and respectful and caring. Will recommend to anyone.

The front desk was very cordial and professional, I got my appointment right away. When I arrived, I was immediately seen by the nurses and by the provider right after. Dr West has outstanding bedside manners, patient care, and very humble individual, it really made me feel confident I was receiving good care. Overall, it was an in and out visit, definitely my top and only choice for ENT.

All they want is money! I went in for a dry skin problem in my nose, literally a dry patch of skin. The first thing the doctor asked me when she went into the room after the nurse checked my blood pressure and what not was "are you willing to have surgery". First red flag, why would I need surgery for a dry patch of skin. She proceeded to tell me it might be allergies, so I did an allergy test.

I had to come back to get my results about a week later and had to force her to give me a culture in my nose. After forcing her doctor to do a culture she proscribed me a topical antibiotic "just in case it's bacterial". Red flag 2, why would I need antibiotics if we don't know if it's bacterial. If it's not bacterial and I take antibiotics I will kill all the good for no reason at all. Will not be going back

Dr. West was thorough, knowledgeable, and pleasant to be with. He handled both my ear and throat problems easily. If you need to see a very good ENT doctor - even on short notice - this is the place.

I am a singer & I went to see Dr. West about my chronic hoarseness & throat soreness. He went to preform a scope on me & prescribe me a helpful steroid for my chords. He was very honest and didn't over sensationalize a "condition". Dr. West is fair and personable and his staff is friendly. I highly recommend this ENT office.
