I have used WRS for over 10 years. It is a good EMR and can be customized for your practice. They are constantly improving. Their billing is very good. It is very affordable.

Amazing and efficient team, both the billing and virtual assistant departments saved our practice to say it simply, esp when our former support staffs decided to just not work and collect unemployment instead of working during the pandemic.

Definitely would not use. Be aware that all of the training is done remotely from the Philippines. When training was incomplete, the only solution provided is to pay for more training. Leadership takes no accountability.

They are not that terrible. Theyre the worst tho if you're trying to extract your patients list to a better service that fit your needs and wants. Very unprofessional and be aware not to get frustrated when they give you the run around because then youll get only voicemail and no follow up. For all doctors who want an easy pleasant customer service and get set up right from the start
