Dr. Wigoda was raised in South Florida. He is the son of a physician who practiced internal medicine on Miami Beach for over 25 years. He left his hometown and immediate family to obtain the best possible education and training available in the country. He has returned to South Florida to practice both cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the highest quality.
In a very short time, Dr. Wigoda has made a name for himself in the Fort Lauderdale community. He is known for the quality of his work and for the care he provides his patients. He is often sought out by the local news media and by producers of television shows for his expertise in both cosmetic and reconstructive surgery.

I have had surgery with Dr. Wigoda twice. First time for a regular breast augmentation, second time for an implant exchange. Both times I had a great experience. Everyone was nice, the procedure was quick and easy, and healing was so easy & completely painless. I've recommended many people to him & they've all had the same experience.

Dr. Wigoda is absolutely phenomenal! Never met a surgeon with such skill. All of his procedures have a beautiful result and it shows on all of his patients! Also, he has the best office staff ever! 5 star service all around. Do not waste your time going to any other surgeon because he will deliver exactly what you want!

From the moment I walked in till the time I had to go home, everyone was so friendly and inviting. The staff had smiles on their faces the entire time, like they actually enjoyed working there and doing what they do. My whole experience with this practice was beyond my expectations. Very happy, satisfied with my results. Dr. Hochstein is an amazing doctor and artist, his work is clean and refined, that was very important to me when deciding on my doctor, that made me feel very calm before my procedure because I knew I was in the best hands. I am so grateful for Dr Wigoda and his team. I am very happy with the results, he is a very experienced doctor, he took the time to listen for what I wanted and explained every detail answering all my questions. He was also very understanding, and he addressed all my concerns. I felt confident I was in the best hands. Marie is the best, she made me feel comfortable and confident that everything was going to be ok.
The day of the surgery everything was perfect and the recovery was uneventful and painless as he promises, few days after the surgery I was fine. Thank you Dr Wigoda, thank you Marie, I couldn't have made a better decision, you are the best!

I don't know where to begin, but ultimately, I hope my experience and surgical journey will help you make the best informed decision possible. When I met with Dr. Wigoda, I was in the worst possible condition physically and emotionally from a neck lift (platysmaplasty) surgery gone wrong. I was six weeks post op from the neck lift nightmare and was suffering.
I knew something was wrong a week into my recovery. We know our bodies! I reached out to the Doctor and shared my concerns. I felt nauseous and lumps were appearing on my both sides of my neck. I was told to be patient and massage the lumps that were becoming more visible daily. When I did see the Doctor, I was told, "if the lumps don't go away in a few weeks, he would cut them out in the office." He offered no post op care and in my estimation was negligent.
I WAS IN SHOCK! Needless, to say, I ran! I was in excruciating pain, and everything was pulling in my neck and ears. Suffice to say, I was in trouble, and knew it. Thank goodness I had enough sense not to wait and met with Dr. Wigoda later in the week. Dr. Wigoda told me I would need a revision. He also told me no massaging in the world would make the lumps go away and cutting them out as described would cause major scarring. Immediately, after meeting with Dr. Wigoda I knew I was in good hands. Dr. Wigoda said he could help and I knew I could trust his him.
I knew I was going to be okay. Within three weeks time, I was under his care and on the operating table. My last words to him on the day of the surgery were- please stop my pain. By this time, I also felt my mouth starting to align differently too. My ears and neck still hurt badly. I am now fifteen weeks post op and very happy. I have no more pain and I am healing beautifully. Dr. Wigoda fixed my neck and helped in more ways than he knows.
Please see Dr. Wigoda for your procedure! Do not make the same mistake I made. Save yourself time, trouble, and unnecessary stress. Dr. Wigoda and his staff are amazing! Quality surgery from a physician who trained at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center Plastic Surgery residency, the top plastic surgery training program in the country, and worked in Dallas, a city known for people who want to look their best! My experience with Dr Paul Wigoda exceeded my expectations. From my very first consult, Dr Wigoda made me feel very comfortable. I never felt rushed; he took his time to answer all of my questions thoughtfully. He made sure I knew what to expect and gave me realistic expectations., which I highly appreciated it. I feel that I look 10 years younger and feel more confident about my appearance.
I am sure that there are many other great plastic surgeons, but when you find a skilled surgeon who is also a truly caring person, then that is the perfect combination. Dr. Wigoda and his team are the best! I have nothing but good things to say- I'm about 4 months post op and I'm extremely happy with my breast augmentation results! From the initial consultation to the surgery, and every follow up, Dr. Wigoda, his nurse Marie, and everyone else on his team made me feel comfortable and cared for. The procedure was thoroughly explained and all my questions before and after were answered either in person or promptly over the phone or through email.
