Ladies were helpful. Unfortunately the practice didnt inform me when I called for the appt that they didnt take the plan the plan my son has is under the umbrella plan of the plan they do take. It would habe been nice to know this before I took off from work and spent 20 min looking for parking not to mention taking my 14 yr old out of school. Again great doctors. Not the offices fault, not my fault. Stuff happens.

Great staff and amazing doctors. my appointment was super fast I didn't have to wait long at all. I went in they saw my issue took a biopsy and I was out less than an hour. Dr. Rubenstein was incredibly nice and knowledgeable and so were his colleagues that came in to give a second opinion on the spot. I'm so grateful to have found this office.

I wasn't really impressed by these guys but to be fair I only had a consultation for a cosmetic treatment. I booked with one doc who I really wanted to see but when I got there they gave me to someone else. The hospital they operate out of seemed pretty empty and poorly lit; the building just felt a bit dodgy which is odd because the doctor I wanted to see is supposedly great.
I had wanted to get the treatment that day but when I consulted with the (new) doctor she said the machine I needed was only there once a month (?!) and so I would have to come back then. I wish they would have mentioned that in advance; maybe I could have had the consult that day as well. The consultation was very quick (5-10 min) and the doctor seemed to know what she was talking about.
Then a couple months later I got a bill for $125 for the consultation. I could be mistaken but I really don't remember them mentioning how expensive the consultation would be either. Fortunately insurance took care of about $50 but I still have to pay the rest (obviously). It just kind of seems like they could do a better job informing patients of what to expect and honestly that also seems pretty $$$ for a five - ten minute consultation on a treatment I'd already had in the past (just with a different doc). But maybe I'm just a complainer haha. Everyone was very nice and friendly though; I liked that about this office.

I had an oddly shaped mole that I wanted to get checked out. Went in so they could do a biopsy and the doctor pushed me to have it removed. Cost being a concern I asked him what it would cost me so he had his staff check my insurance. Came back and said it would cost nothing and my insurance covered the procedure. OK - why not then, right? Fast forward 3 months later and I receive a bill from them for $350. Called the customer service number on the invoice to discuss and was greeted by a horribly rude lady, named Chenelle, who proceeded to tell me it was my fault for not knowing my insurance coverage.
She was seemingly annoyed and refused to explain the individual line items within the service descriptions. All she kept stating was that it was my fault for not knowing my policy and repeating that I could make a payment plan. They upsold me on the mole removal and then lied that it wouldn't cost me anything out of pocket. I feel deceived. Needless to say I will not be back and I encourage you to stay away.

This doctor's office is on a more precise schedule then Amtrack. I had an appt for 2:15 (yes, I said 2:15, and they meant the 15 part). Show up early your first time to fill out paperwork. When I got up to turn in the paperwork, they called me in before I could sit back down. It was that way for my follow up as well. She was nice and professional. When I had to come back for a follow up, there was no additional charge. If only I could find a Primary this exemplary.
