Docere: Naturopathic Wellness, the office of Samantha LeVine, naturopathic physician. Her goal is to support the patient in achieving a state of optimal health, meeting the patient where they present and integrating therapeutics to strengthen the vital force. She ascribes to the Principles of Naturopathic Medicine and incorporates them into her individualized patient care.The clinic is located in the Gotham Building, on the corner of North Interstate and Albina in North Portland. We are directly on the Yellow Max line, right on Interstate Avenue, a bike lane, and just off both Interstate 84 and Interstate 5, easily accessible for most people.
Services
I do bill insurance as a courtesy to patients, and I am a preferred provider for many insurance plans. In Oregon, a majority of plans offer benefits to cover naturopathic services, but I am not considered a primary care physician by any insurance company, and some consider me a specialist. But it is your responsibility to confirm you have benefits before coming in.
These forms are for the convenience of new clients. Please give 48 hours notice in the case of cancellation or rescheduling your visit, or there is a $100 fee. Please call the office within an hour of your appointment for possible exceptions to this policy. If a patient needs to cancel or reschedule a New Patient visit, the office assistant will call to collect a credit card number as we charge the full fee for a New Patient visit ($250) if this policy is breached a second time.The Gotham building has several entrances.
