For years and years I had an odd looking mole with a raised acne scar on top of it right between my eyebrows. I had it cosmetically removed with Dr. Eric Hanson and I am so so so happy with the results. He had the scar heal up in my "Leonardo DiCaprio" (that line between your eyebrows when you frown) and you can't even notice it anymore. I wish I had got it removed sooner, but I'm glad I was referred to a surgeon like him who does facial mole removals all the time.

They billed the wrong insurance account and billed incorrect amount. Sent letters threatening to pay or be sent to collection over their mistake; even though I put best contact is email and phone. If they even think about sending me to collections and hurt my credit for a 10 minute appointment, it's going to get real expensive real quick for them.

I was able to get an appointment here the same week I called. And the service was wonderful I felt like I was being listened to and taken care of.

We took our daughter in for two concerning skin rashes and the "dermatologist" FNP we saw had no clue what was going on with our daughter's skin. She did not make a diagnosis and made no recommendations on how to proceed in treating these rashes. She appeared stumped and did not refer us to get further help. We just got our bill for the $200 that was not covered by insurance and reminded me of how awful this experience was. We ended up going back to our pediatrician and they had better advice and treatment for the skin rashes than Knott Street Dermatology. Avoid going here at all costs.

I came here after the primary care doctors I worked for recommended it. I however do not. My first visit, reception staff was not friendly, very disinterested. I then sat in an exam room for literally 30 minutes with no one checking on me or updating me. I then poked my head out of the room, I was in a gown, and still had to stand there for another 5 minutes before I interrupted one of the staff talking to other staff members to make sure I was not forgotten.

After all that, I received a call saying they are not in network with my insurance, that their insurance verifier missed that. So still awaiting to see what they will try to bill me.

Tanya in aesthetic's is AMAZING. I received my first Botox and lip filler injections from her. Injections was a whole new world to me, but Tanya quickly put my mind at ease after she thoroughly explained the process and answered all my questions. She was extremely receptive to the specific look I wanted. I showed her some pictures and she made it happen.

Throughout the injection process she made it a point to check in with me to make sure I was doing okay. She even let me hold onto a mirror so I could sneak peaks and see if I was liking what she was doing. When she was finished and I got to see the final product, I didn't want to put the mirror down! It was exactly what I wanted and I couldn't be happier with the results, all thanks to Tanya. She is the sweetest and made the whole process so enjoyable, I will 1000% be going back.

I have been seeing Olivia Gill in the aesthetics department for my adult acne and she has really helped me learn about my skin. I have been able to change my skincare routine to something that is actually getting me results. I have also been regular getting chemical peels to help with my breakouts. Olivia is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate in her field.

I have much more confidence since seeing her and will continue to see her as my skin changes. I followed Olivia from Salem to Portland and would recommend her to anyone that is having trouble with their skin.

Very bad experience. Even the doctor that referred me was appalled and apologized when they found out what happened. My requests and concerns were ignored in favor of their preferred treatment which left me with a painful open sore and unsightly scar. I do not recommend this facility.

Rude, belittled my skin condition as self inflicted, crossed his arms and made it my problem. Never going back to these people again. Extremely upsetting bedside manner.

Olivia far exceeded my expectations! She is very well versed in the latest options for skin care, including topical creams and laser treatment or chemical peels. I was impressed!

I received great care from Knott Street Dermatology but cannot successfully pay my bill after attempting on their website several times and calling more than six times. They never answer the phone, and their website isn't accepting my HSA card. Now they are threating to send my account to collections. I want to pay but it's impossible to pay! Avoid them unless you want a headache.

World's most expensive dermatology clinic! I paid $310 for a test that took them 2 minutes to run. Then the dermatologist came back into the room and didn't even tell me the results for the small fortune I just paid for the test. They do ok work. But they charge a ton! Go to OHSU or any other derm clinic. I am sure they will be more affordable than Knott St Derm. Ripoff!

I got a profoundly correct diagnosis from Mara Limoncelli. I came into the office with an incorrect diagnosis that was causing such suffering. And Mara, looked carefully, compassionately and deliberately at what was irritating my skin. She then respectfully laid out why my previous diagnosis was incorrect and she gave me a plan of action that alleviated my suffering and has actually worked!

It was a very humane and caring interaction. I have found the care provider for any future skin issues that arise, in Mara and her colleagues. Can you feel my gratitude rising off of this page?

Amazing aesthetics team! I met with Tanya a few months ago, and was impressed by her professionalism and knowledge on all things skin care and Botox. Love my results and I would recommend anyone to go see her. She is amazing!
