Texas State Optical was established in 1936 when the Rogers family opened the first TSO office in Beaumont, Texas. This place is terrible. They do not communicate, they lie about communicating. I picked out glasses in February and its June and I do not have my glasses yet. They claimed they called me in February to pick my glasses up but they couldn't give me a specific date (becasue they lie) that they allegedly called. Common sense would tell you to try multiple attempts to reach out to the customer or to email them but common sense isn't so common these days.
