Got my CPAP today. Jason was great. When I first contacted him, he got all my information and gave me a date on when to expect the device. He kept in touch via email. Once the device can in I was able to go in to the office and get the device setup. He was able to show me how to setup the device clean the device. The process was made easy by Jason and I would recomment this place.

Today, we are receiving our home oxygen equipment for our baby boy! Quintin Smith the technician for A&P Quality Care here in Austin TX, came on time and very helpful in setting up our gear for our son! He was very adamant and detailed in his instructions on how to operate the machinery. Quintin Thank you for all you have done! We feel prepared and ready for our baby boy to come home!

UPDATE: it's been 5 months and still no call back from V. Beyond disappointed. I've been trying to get a call back from their CPAP department for almost 2 months. Every time I call they keep telling me "V" will call me back. And nothing. I guess they have enough business? I went here originally because my parents, sister, and Wife all used them. But no longer. Getting restocks of supplies is impossible, there have been wrong supplies sent, V has over charged multiple times, they keep people on hold for hours, it's practically a racket. We are all taking out business somewhere else. This place is garbage. Steer clear

POOR SERVICE! I've been trying for a week to get someone to call me back with prices for CPAP supplies before I place a resupply order. I was told "Vee" will call me back. She didn't. I called and left her a message myself. She still doesn't call back. It's much simpler and faster to order on CPAP.COM. I ordered by 2pm sand my supplies were delivered from Dallas the very next day. Dumping A&P and calling my doctors office to complain, too.

MAJOR RED FLAGS - I was horrified by how I was treated when I arrived. Sounds like they have a great product, but there is too much competition to put up with these shady practices. This place was not willing to show me in clear writing what the terms of the contract they were asking me to sign. When I pushed to see the terms, they refused and tried to shift the conversation with a rant about the varying technical aspects of different treatment types.
When I left, they threatened to "tell my doctor I refuse their service if I leave." I assume this was a last ditch attempt to shame me into agreeing to their terms blindly. I encourage anyone to refuse signing anything you don't understand. And if someone tries to obfuscate the terms, then run!

As a new customer I was slightly nervous about using a CPAP. I have suffered from only being able to lightly sleep for almost 20 years. Finally I was able to get things taken care of, yet that made me nervous thinking "Now I'll never sleep". Well I followed through anyway. I met Jason who went over the machine, the mask, and talked with me about it, then offered his continued support should I ever need it.
My mind was out at ease with the understanding that over time it will get better. He speaks direct which I prefer. He had me sign up for a myAir account which shows me what I need to improve on. I was amazed at the customer support and would highly recommend them for your needs.
