I've tried for over 2 months to get into this facility you call and call and nobody answers they call you and leave messages and you just played phone tag. Finally had my doctor call from his office and get us the appointment. One day prior they tell me I need a referral from my insurance company which I did call the insurance company and requested it.

I arrived at my appointment and they can't see me without the referral or I have to pay in full. You had two months to request that information from me. Will happily find another facility.

So far so good, I have been very impressed with these folks. Today, during my visit I was impressed at the measures they took to protect patients from each other. Prior to my visit, they called me to make certain I was not running any fever and had not in the last two weeks. Additionally, they asked about other potentially concerning symptoms and also any recent travels.

My appointment with them involved me actually coming into the office, but in some cases they were conducting appointments via phone calls when they could. When I checked in, the pen was wiped as was the counter both before and after my using them. There was also ample amounts of hand sanitizer both for staff and patients available throughout the office.

Once I met with with the therapist, she was nice and gave me all the instructions for my at home sleep study. After my sleep study I will return the equipment and shortly after that I will meet with my doctor and get my results.

Horrible horrible company! Customer service is abusive and rude. They actually began attempting to bill me directly without going through my insurance! Had my insurance on the phone and billing refused to talk to us. Shady company!

This company is an absolute joke. I'm not sure how much they pay the doctors to have them refer their patients to this company but it must be a lot. The people responsible for getting your equipment do not care about you or your sleep. I called and reported that my cpap machine broke and was told Lamonica would get right back to me. 5 days later still no phone call.

It took me calling the corporate office and demanding they send me a machine overnight. Now 6 months later I am waiting on a new mask and Lamonica told my wife that she would be shipping the mask out urgent. Would you believe that 6 days later and Lamonica told us "oh well I didn't ship the mask". Now I am waiting on a call back from her supervisor to get this resolved. This company is losing a customer and I hope you take the time to read this and choose a different supply company.

This is the worst medical company I have ever dealt with in my life. They have billed me for so many things that were from insurance claims they claim were submitted and my insurance company took over a year and a half to process? Seriously? This company is the most crooked business I've ever encountered. No one in that office can ever give me correct information regarding my bill.

Every time ( and I have called some 20 plus times since July 2017) I call I get different information. It is a never ending nightmare. I can't get away from this company! I am pursuing a lawyer at this time to help sort this mess out as I can't deal with these people anymore. If they are in the wrong, and I plan on searching to find the answers no one can seem to provide, I am going to sue them.

I have never dealt with a more incompetent group of people. It is like dancing with the devil at the risk of sounding a bit dramatic. Do yourself a favor, search for another sleep apnea supplier. Do not use this company. I wish you luck if so. You will certainly need it. Dr. Wells in Macon works closely with this company sending his patients to them.

Although I liked him as a physician, I regret the day I was ever connected to SleepMed Therapies. He lost a patient over all of this. Worst experience that just seems to never end for the past 2 years.

During a very stressful time trying to get critical information signed, faxed and sent to an outside vendor for medical equipment, the staff at SleepMed, particularly, Lizette A., an employee there, was absolutely the most knowledgeable, patient, caring and professional person I have ever dealt with in Florida in 19 years! I wish ALL staff could be as diligent and patient as Lizette, and the other staff members, who were always friendly, and offered to help at a moment's notice.

Despite my multiple, probably annoying, calls to Lizette to re-fax the same thing over and over to Apria Healthcare, a totally incompetent vendor my insurance provided, she never lost her patience (and if she did, I NEVER noticed), and she took care of my needs as a family member working there would have. Thank you, Lizette A. for EVERYTHING! GOD BLESS YOU!

It's not their fault they order from outside vendors, and do not sell their own equipment, so understand that if there is a problem with equipment, contact the vendor directly, get your sleep study, script and other forms and fax it too, so you can see the real problem is the equipment company, not the sleep lab that sets these sleep studies up. For the record, I never came across one incompetent person in that office, not even with my respiratory tech at their lab.

Room was super comfortable and best I have had in months! Thanks! Unfortunately, still waiting for that OUTSIDE company to get my Cpap machine, not SleepMed's fault; they did their part 6 times!

This place does have the worst customer service. I'm not even sure how they stay open. The customer service I just got was very poor. I'm not sure what else to say but if you can get your supplies else where I suggest doing so.

Total incompetence. the people who supply equipment from this place are horrible you can never get a direct answer and it's always somebody else's fault never there's. My suggestion would be find a different sleep center instead of dealing with these people

The worst people to deal with! Incompetent, uncaring, lazy group of workers, So I talk to a supervisor it was like talking to a 6yr old. I think we got to the point that he ask how can I NOT help you. Oh ya then the famous its not my job I am in a different department. Not sure how Mike got to be a supervisor (main office GA)
