My father has unfortunately had several health problems as he is getting older and had seen his fair share of doctors. He has finally found a doctor that truly seems to listen to him and treat him as an individual and his specific needs. So refreshing! My father is happy and feeling better, and we are so thankful to Dr. Singleton and his staff! I would give 100 stars if I could.

Dr. Singleton is a very professional and courteous man. He understands we are all human and different and really takes the time to get to know you as a person so he can treat you to the best of his and your ability so you can manage your life and be the best you can be. He's been a life saving inspiration for me and is always very professional and caring.
If you want a Dr. who will really be there through good and bad be honest with him and give him a call. I've been a patient for about 7yrs now and wouldn't have it any other way. Thanks Doc!

I have seen many doctors in my day. And kinda bumped into Mauri, by chance. I had just had a knee replaced and was in rehabilitation learning how to manage the rest of my problems. Then when I got to meet DR.WRIGHT Singelton, I am very loud, and can be a handfull. The doctor checked me for reflex and all that stuff and found I had kinda been, over doing the one med and under taking another, He fix all that and I got on a track to recovery.
I know that I will never be normal again. As long as I don't scream out in pain cause someone rubbed my shoulder. I think that is a win! thank you Dr. SINGELTON. P.S.CJC.did someone tinkle on your toast and call it salt bread? You must have had PMS. This is what My Grandma told me as a kid. Karma is a wooly booger. If you have nothing nice to say, then -be polite and respectful. You never know the bridge you burn maybe the only way across.!

Every appointment is a gamble on the treatment you'll receive. Or the mood for which the provider will be in. Which is sad, because he seems to have the potential to be a great provider. The only "sure" thing that you can expect from this practice is doing and redoing everything (new Pt forms, having copies made, bringing in past medical records, etc) multiple times, because the office "help" is NO HELP.
She loses, misplaces, forgets, and is grossly incompetent. Why he keeps her around is highly questionable, seeing he doesn't even trust her to accept payment(s), and is forever correcting, reiterating to her the job in which she is paid to do. It's very evident to all around (as I've heard EVERY Pt, Ive sat alongside in the waiting room, make a statement to or about her; " running around like a chicken with her head cut off"" being zoned out in her own head, unaware of what is going on in her surroundings""wasting your/her time, telling you the lack of sleep she's had, or is going to not have because of the mass amounts of things she has to do; go wash his laundry, pack bags to go to Abilene, correct all the errors his son allegedly made."and persist in going into great detail leaving you feeling awkward, unsure of how to rebuttal.
I've actually heard pts tell her, "you might ought to go and get started on it, and stop talking about it. Because you're currently doing nothing that's going to be productive in helping the situation." And still she continues to talk about nothingness, and or Just keeps talking about why and how she's unable to get done or do anything asked of her.
Or the insane amount time needed for her to complete a task. If she worked half as much as she talks about working, or hell a fourth of the time she spends talking, or did a small fraction of the things she claims to do, I think the Dr's Mood/stress wouldn't be such a roller coaster effect. And the quality of the care being provided to you wouldn't be so drastically inconsistent.
But again, it's very evident to all watching her, as well as the Dr. himself so he's solely to blame for lack of; policy, procedures, and systems put in place for a FULLY CORRECTLY FUNCTIONING place of business, and assistance in completing tasks. It doesn't take more than a single encounter at this clinic, to see the complete and utter chaos in which it attempts to operate in daily, the grossly incompetents of the front desk, Or how the front desk clearly has more interest in being in control, involved with every aspect of the providers life, and any most certainly places herself having involvement with everything he has any type of involvement in outside of the clinic.
Again these are things that aren't assumed, but known facts and came directly from her mouth, as she likes to talk, and over share. the providers private life, and all she does in it. Which is why I state the continue of her employment being highly questionable, because I personally wouldn't want something like that going on/allow it, if I were him, nor do I know another provider that would be ok, with their front desk discussing with strangers, Paying Patients, and or anyone else business that doesn't pertain to them.
Or personal knowledge of one's ex wife and the embarrassing actions she's been accused via the front desk, to be involved in. It's genuinely baffling the lack of knowledge, education, and competency one can have, yet the audacity, lack of self respect, and ethical morals to have any kind of boundaries, feelings of embarrassment, to filter and or reign in her "crazy" Because as she likes to make known, and truly thinks, she's "running" the next up and comer, cover to Forbes magazine, Medical practice, when I'm reality she's running it at higher rate of speed straight into the ground.
So Unless you enjoy spending several hours watching a live version of the "people of Walmart", and the headache of having to switch physicians. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. As I know to be a fact they'll not be in business much longer.
