121MD's mission is to provide easy access to preventive services and early treatment of acute illnesses in order to maintain our patient's health and improve their quality of life. In today's frustrating managed medical system, it seems that the primary focus of personal health care has become lost.
Doctor-to-patient ratios are soaring, office waits and time lost from work have increased, and the costs of healthcare premiums are rising while employee benefits continue to erode. 121MD has created a better solution for personalize health care.

I have seen Dr. Supavong 3 times and I can honestly say this is above and beyond the best care I've received at a doctor. I'm a dentist and I avoid doctors, not because of fear but because of the treatment you receive. I never feel heard or like a person just a number. I hate to say that since I'm a health care professional but it seems true. I have finally found an amazing doctor.
She called me the day before my appointment and talked in depth with me, at no charge, about my concerns. She took them seriously and fit me in the next day. Ran on time (that's huge to me). Staff was friendly and warm. Don't know the name of the girl who took my blood, I honestly did not feel a stick (not afraid of needles but if was a first for me to have no idea I got poked). Dr. Supavong ordered a series of blood tests based on my symptoms and concerns (I honestly think there were 25+ things to test), she went over the cost with me herself and the cost was only slightly more than a previous doctor that maybe tested for 8-10 things-of which the results were never even discussed with me. when my results came in she had a booklet explaining all my test results and recommendations on how to fix things out of the normal range.
I was referred to her by a mutual patient and friend and I could not be happier because I know I've finally found my doctor. They don't take insurance which is fine because I don't have traditional insurance (because I want to pick who I see. ) You pay a monthly fee. Normally I'd say you get what you pay for but in this case that's not true. I think you get way more than what you pay for.
If you are insurance driven this may not be your place, but if you care about the personal care you receive and about being a person and not just a billing code than this is the place to go.

Dr. Ewin took me on as a patient to help me work through some issues I had. He is the best doctor I've ever seen, he listens and takes his time with you, he even gave me his personal line If I was having issues and couldn't get ahold of him at the office. Every single penny I've spent with him has been worth it. He helped save my life. If your looking for a doctor who will do whatever he can to help you, I suggest You see him.
He's extremely reasonable and really is worth it. Most doctors just take your money and send you on your way, this doctor isn't one of those. I'm so blessed to have found him.

I am deeply offended by Jason Toney's remarks. Perhaps Dr. Ewin does not run the type of operation best suited for you, but it is ideal for many people. I think you should do your research, and move to someone better suited for you, instead of trashing this good doctor online. I am willing to break my privacy online to say that about him. The fact the meetings were not your cup of tea does not mean Dr. Ewin is not responsible.
I am very, very familiar with this issue. Dr. Ewin may disagree, but I technically do not have an addiction problem. I have a pain problem. I went to Dr. Ewin for years to treat pain, and I went to the sessions because he recommended it. I am finally free of pain killers (but not pain) after 7 years. I have learned the pain is easier to tolerate than the drugs, after you learn what they do to you over time.
And his program helped. I am sure the staff would have guarded your privacy carefully if you had just asked. I am quite certain you were informed of the procedures before being accepted. They are very competent. Nobody should avoid this competent and careful medical team, and I am sure if you had requested it, you would have been accommodated in any way possible. And as far as how he treats his patients, it sounds like you might not be able to take a joke! He is a classic personality who most find very entertaining.

Found the office from google search, was the first place I called. I set appointment without doing my homework first which is my fault but had i known how Dr. Ewin goes about how he treats his patients and the carlessness of personal their personal information I would have never made the mistake of going to see him, I hope that others may have better experiences, due to the fact that people need help getting off of prescribed drugs a treatment facility like this is much needed.
But in my opinion this was a very bad experience and I would not recommend His practice to anyone looking for a doctor to help them during such a fradgile time of their lives.
