My experience with Dr. Casad's practice has been pleasant from the beginning of setting it up until the procedure I went to have it done. I felt very comfortable talking to Chandra when I was telling her what I was hoping to have. She went into detail telling me the ins and outs of the procedure and what I need to expect. She didn't sugar coat anything but even explained that the worst parts of it but nothing has still not been unbearable.

I had the procedure and couldn't be more pleased with the staff that helped prepare me. Dr. Casad was amazing as well. She answered additional questions that I had come up. She was able to provide me the info I needed and put any concerns I had behind me. We were able to talk about many things as she worked on me. I appreciated info that she gave me with some that didn't even relate to what I was having done.

She is a wealth of knowledge. The procedure itself was not bad at all. I am home and have experienced all the things I was told to look out for and feel very prepared. Everything has been good so far. I have had several surgeries and procedures over the last 7 yrs but this is my best experience of all of them.

Very disappointed! The initial greeting is impressive to get your business. But it dies down after they get your out of pocket initial $250 deposit when you book. $500 due at the first appointment. $150 per month thereafter for the rest of the year (11 payments) and you have to pay out of pocket also for all is prescribe to you. Not worth it! All of these and you still do not have access to the doctor Connie Casad, to see her will cost you another $575.00 even with insurance.

I was a patient for over 20 years, and my experineces were great until the conceirge service began. I did not sign up for concierge care, and was forced to used the PA, the first one Melanie, was very inappropriate, and eventually fired. The second one Melissa was fine until politics came into the picture, she was a Trump fan, i am not. I stopped going there because the PA was saturated with work, and could no adequalely keep up with her demands.

I left a comment with the nurse about my dislike and the PA became very dissatisfied with me. My concerns were not addressed at all, but instead were received as an annoyance. Zero customer service. I called back a few times for different referrals, and staff were instucted by PA not provide with me any recommendations. I also was told by staff and friends of mine that Connie lost a large number of patients when she transitioned to the coneirge program.

I've been a patient for a few years and everyone is always friendly. Melissa Lang NP is hands down the best GYN provider ive had in my 52 years hands down! They have a plethora of services and a great location. I would recommend this practice to every female searching for the right fit for her gynecological needs. Thanks guys for a stress free experience

Experience as a concierge patient is very disappointing. The doctor is very personable and qualified but from an administrative perspective the staff is not worth the extra $$$ for so-called concierge treatment. It is impossible to speak with the doctor without being screened by a male staff member. Not at all what I had initially expected and not what any female would want. You'd be better off at hormone clinic where there are only women working to treat you and would most likely get better service for less money.

I go in for photo facial. The office staff is always attentive and sensitive to my needs. Annie always does a great job with my treatment which is why I continue to return. When asked she usually has additional treatment suggestions to improve my appearance. I never feel like I'm being up-sold or being persuaded to try something that is not appropriate or that she cannot recommend with confidence. Annie successfully got my kids through what could have been some pretty grim acne years without her help. Dr, Casad is a warm and competent practitioner.

Melissa Lang, Nurse Practitioner is who I see on a regular basis. She is just phenomenal, always very caring and helpful when I have questions. She went out of her way to follow up with me after a procedure and goes above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I am always blown away by their ease with patients and continual customer care. Thank you, thank you!

This is the absolute best experience I've ever had at a doctor's office in my life! I was especially nervous finding a new gyn doctor as I am new to the area. I came to Melissa Lang and was blown away by her calm presence and kind personality. I would drive HOURS to see a doctor like her. So thankful that I found her and all the staff. A perfect experience.

Exceptional care! I have been a patient for 28 years and have always been treated with respect and kindness. Rare huh? All of her patients receive the same treatment! In this day and age I find these qualities to be awesome. I highly recommend this physician and her medical practice!
