A balanced jawline with a well-defined chin lends an air of authority to the male face, while creating a more harmonious and beautiful facial proportion in women. In some patients, both male and female, bite imbalance and teeth misalignment require orthodontic care or even jaw surgery. But in many individuals whose teeth match up properly and are not candidates for (or have already had) orthodontia or jaw surgery, chin implants provide a permanent and normal-feeling chin augmentation.Small solid silicone implants have been developed specifically for implantation in the chin area, and are designed to fit securely to the bone beneath the facial tissues.

Absolutely fantastic! Hands down the most professional experience I've had with any kind of professional, period. Entering the establishment I was greeted and promptly dealt with PLUS there was no lengthy wait time in either the lobby or the back room. When I met Dr. Tholen for the first time I was blown away by how personable he is and how he excitedly answered every question I had, no matter how silly.
He gave/gives off the energy of someone who genuinely enjoys his job. Shortly before surgery (at the 4 and 2 week marks, if I recall correctly) I was talked through every step with everything being explained thoroughly and all of the staff eased my mind the day of surgery, because let's be honest, those nerves can get to you;-) There was no need to be nervous because my BA turned out looking exactly like my goal photo! Honestly, I couldn't ask for a better PS or results. Dr. Tholen is definitely the only PS I'll trust with my body. PS: If you haven't checked out Mpls Skincare (Owned by docs Tholen and Gervais) in the same building, you should. Check out their stats and what they have to offer;-)

I don't even know where to begin. Dr. Gervais' bedside manner is disgusting. Rolled his eyes at me. Was arrogant and ignored my concerns. Was a gentleman when I was with people and charmed them, but when I was alone he was a completely different person. Very disgusting and manipulative. Regretted ever going to this facility for services. I have had several issues that I won't discuss that I went somewhere else for. Find another surgeon, there are plenty that will have your best interest at heart instead of seeing you as dollar signs.

I went for a consultation and the surgeon did not focus on what I was interested in and focused more on what he thought I would want. I was also told by the RN what I could or could not have surgically. I didn't think this was in her scope of practice to decide that. Then, the patient coordinator rolled off her schpeal as if she was talking to the wall. Not a single staff member seemed interested in what I had to say or what I was interested in. Disappointed.

Dr Tholen and his team were wonderful to work with from start to finish. I did my research enough to know that this was the clinic and also the surgeon (Dr Tholen) I wanted to go too. I had the utmost confident in him when it came to him ultimately knowing what would be the best direction to go to fit my body structure. This is a big reason I would highly recommend going here.
He knows what he's doing and you will be truly amazed by the final result. I was educated on the procedure, pre and post appointments I felt very satisfied every time I left. I was also given very thorough post opt instructions in order to optimize the look, feel and also ensure I would not run to any medical mishaps from not doing proper post op requirements. In one year in and I could not be happier. I could go on and on. Do your research on this, and start with Dr Tholen! They look natural and perfect(breast augmentation)

Where do I begin?! Dr. Gervais and his team are absolutely amazing. From my initial consultation, to the actual procedure and through post op care. I always felt heard and all my questions answered. He was very gentle and provided a variety of options that fit my needs. I saw Dr. Gervais for a breast augmentation in October of 2021. I chose him because of the glowing reviews I had read and heard and because of the pictures on his website. Choosing Dr. Gervais and Minneapolis Plastic Surgery for my Breast Augmentation was the best decision of my life. Everyone who works there is so patient and kind. They answered all my questions, they let me schedule a second sizing appointment because I was unsure of my chosen implant size, and they helped me feel calm on the day of surgery.
It is clear that Dr. Gervais and the entire staff at Mpls Plastic Surgery takes pride in their work and in their patient care. I truly couldn't recommend them enough. Also, my results are beautiful. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Gervais! From the moment I walked into the office the first time to leaving, all of the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I had a breast augmentation surgery and words cannot describe how happy I am with the results. I feel so much more confident and wake up everyday with a smile.
