We visited in August for a covid test and I was charged an outrageous amount even though we first called to ask if we could to a test only. We were charged for a new patient visit exam. There was no exam, no assessing my child's health not even barely a word was spoken. We were in and out. During a pandemic when access to testing is one of the major tools we have for public health, it is extortion to add on a crazy expensive exam that didn't happen.

I paid my bill but first told the office manager that I would be writing a review and telling everyone I could because what they are doing is wrong. She offered to split my bill if I would not do a review, but I declined. I think that was also wrong.

Our family loves Westside Pediatrics. Dr. Johnson is a fantastic pediatrician! The advice nurse, Ashley, is quick to get back to you for any problems. My son has some issues (ADHD, anxiety disorder, dyslexia). They were great about getting us referrals. They also know how to handle giving him a vaccine, which he has panic attacks over.

You would be crazy to take your children here. Read all her reviews, not just on this website. Dr. Hankenson needs to retire, i'm Not sure how she is still able to practice. She was completely rude, unprofessional and abusive when dealing with my child. My teen happens to be Vegan and she basically put her down for that and she was recently diagnosed with an eating disorder and needed to be treated at an eating disorder treatment center at St. Vincent's.

She was fainting, having dizzy episodes, heart pain etc. Dr. Hankenson wasn't involved with this diagnosis and was irritated by it without knowing any facts. She told my daughter, "If you don't want to get dizzy, don't get up fast" and "You look perfectly healthy to me" and " So, I hear your eating is disordered". This and a bunch of other comments were being said and my daughter got very upset and anxious and started to cry and Hankenson said "Oh are you sad that they are going to make you eat on Monday?".

This is coming from a grown woman to a teenager let alone from a Doctor speaking to a patient who has anxiety and was just diagnosed with an eating disorder. She is very Lucky I wasn't there though I don't think this would have happened. But if this is how she truly feels about her patients and their health I wouldn't trust her as far as I can throw her. When they checked Alex's heart it was quite low. Never would I take my daughter back or recommend her to see another child.

We went here for two months and are now moving on. The doctors here, in my experience tend to be get upset with parents that ask to many questions or ask for other treatment options. When we left from our final visit after we were outside my daughter asked me why Dr. Kempler was so rude to us. Everyone deserves a doctor who will listen to both parents and children.

Dr kempler is Amazing. One of the Best pediatrician's we have had. She completely breaks down every thing that they do and listens to your concerns. My child is everything I always feel at ease after I leave the office because I know I got the best quality of care and the one on one attention my son needs. Thank you everyone at Westside pediatrics. All the Drs and nurses including the receptionist! Always a pleasure going in. Highly recommend!

Dr. Lufti and ALL of these doctors and staff are amazing! They are ALL caring, thorough, and very professional! Dr. Lufti is very kind and compassionate. We have seen all 6 of these doctors 11 PLUS years with 3 kids and they are all GREAT! These doctors are thorough, professional, caring, and follow up on any concerns and answer questions. You could not find a better, more caring clinic than Westside!

Dr. Lori Hankenson treated me as a child as I went to the office as a teenager and made me really uncomfortable. Plus she wouldn't refill my prescription for an inhaler while I was or of state even though I contacted the office and let them know I was having severe asthma and needed it. She offered no support or assistance.

Horrible experience. Dr lufti was rude and judgmental, and never seemed to care about my sons concerns. Wouldn't recommend coming here at all. Especially if you're a young parent

We love Dr. Kempler. We switched to her when at 7 month, my previous pediatrician accused me of underfeeding my baby when she wouldn't put on weight. Dr. Kempler has been working with us the last 6 years, and connected us with all the specialists and treatments we needed to get to the root of the problem.
