Dr. Buford has been in an established orthopedic surgery practice in Dallas for over 20 years and has been voted multiple times by Dallas area physicians as one of the best orthopedic surgeons. He is board certified by the American Board Of Orthopedic Surgery and is a sought after lecturer nationally and internationally on orthopedic surgery and regenerative medicine subjects.
Dr. Ali Ashraf is a fellowship trained orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in sports medicine, arthroscopic surgery, shoulder arthroplasty, and treatment of general orthopaedic injuries. He was raised in Garland, Texas and attended North Garland High School. After graduation, he attended the University of Texas in Austin where he graduated with a B.S in Biology.
Dr. Kyle Stuart and Dr. Shawn Bonsell are certified to perform computer assisted partial knee replacement surgery. The technology involves using computer assisted tools to precisely replace only the compartments of the knee that have arthritis. Because the procedure requires less surgery than a total knee replacement, patients often report a quicker recovery and less pain.

2 years ago I fractured the head of my femur and am an avid runner. Dr. Bonsell was very attentive and answered all the questions I had before surgery. I was very impressed with the facility, I had both Xrays and MRI at the office on my initial visit. I was in/out of the office for several follow ups, Denise helped a ton with scheduling me. Everyone in the office was friendly and I felt in safe hands. I highly recommend!

Dr. Bonsell and his staff, Denice Ramsey, have managed to waste 3 months of my energy and effort through their gross incompetence. I first contacted their office in July looking for a provider to work with me on getting insurance coverage for stem cell injections in my knee. Dr. Bonsell's staff agreed that they would work with me on this endeavor.
After 3 MONTHS of effort, going and getting the appropriate medical records, referrals and finally getting pre-authorization from my insurance his staff decided that they would no longer like to pursue the avenue of billing insurance. Now instead they are demanding that I pay out of pocket, in cash, for the procedure. I hope people considering the route I am taking will benefit from this review and stay as far away from this clinic, and it's inept staff, as possible.

Have been going to this clinic for years and quite honestly wouldn't dream of going elsewhere. Everyone there, including the doctors, is extremely compassionate, courteous, professional, and don't make you feel as though you're being herded in and out of the door like cattle. It is obvious they care about quality of patient care rather than revenue.
The doctors take time to discuss findings and treatment options without making you feel rushed and the entire staff is caring, polite, and professional. They've always done their best to get me in as quickly as possible and make sure when I leave I have the answers I need. In this world of insurance driven healthcare, this is one of the few clinics where my health and recovery still matter.

My experience is not very good. Dr. Stuart is an excellent doctor but his staff is lacking the skills of how to treat patients. I was supposed to see the doctor yestetday and was denied care because of payment. I left and requested that doctor return call to me so I could talk with him and the staff without telling anyone including me sent me my records.
This action now leaves me having to find a new physican It is my hope that Dr. Stuart trains his staff on patient care and respect. It would be nice to retain him as my bone specialist but I refuse to be treated like I'm not worthy to be seen as a patient. Good luck and best wishes for the practice you really deserve to have.

This place is great! Unfortunately, we had to make a return visit due to my kid's sports injury. As soon as we showed up for our appt. they called us right in, we met with the cool dude who asks all the preliminary questions and then we met with Dr. Bonsell. You get the sense that they really care about their customers and they take good care of you.
While we were there, they recommended an MRI to check for hidden damage and we didn't have to get in our car and drive anywhere they have the MRI facility right there in their office which makes it very convenient. They also have a nice waiting room with the TV if you're having to sit there and kill time -which makes it nice!
