Well this was a not so good day. I'm trying to get my kids in as they need a pcp so to follow the steps I made a financial appointment along with both of my kids appointments with a pcp. Well when I call to reschedule the financial appointment I asked will the financial inform me of the amount so I'm prepared the lady informed me no once I see the doctor then they will bill me what the amount is, so I asked what is the financial appointment for then?
I get their involved in government programs but if I'm proving the financial councilor my income shouldn't she be able to tell me what I would be paying for their appointments so that way I'm prepared, the lady over the phone said no the kids have to see the doctor first before I'm billed. Wow, I'm sorry but why can't I know the price I'm paying out of pocket before I get charged thats what the appointment is for the financial appointment? This had me baffled, it's better to go to a private place cause at least they tell me how much it will be straight forward.

Terrible, unaccessible hours. Only able to schedule an appointment over the phone (vs. having another option, like online), meanwhile their answering machine has hung up on me a number of times after waiting 30+ mins on hold for a representative. Go in on time, get seen 30+ mins late. Just completely frustrating. Like what's the point of even being open? Not enough doctors, not enough representatives to man the phones, lack any sort of efficiency.

My mother has always been loyal to Peoples because she's received great care and she really likes her provider there. We called today to advise that she was running a bit behind for her appt and to see if it would be okay for her to still come in and after waiting on hold for a while, Edith picked up. She acted like she couldn't hear us on the other end and just kept introducing herself like if we were born yesterday and then hung up.
Please do everyone a favor and find yourself a new job Edith. If you're unwilling to answer phone calls or pretend that you can't hear the caller on the other end, this is not the job for you.

Been going to this clinic for over 6 months now. Staff is kind and caring. Dr's are very good and if you want you can always change if you need too. They work with you if your medication is to expensive and you can now even see dentist here. Great clinic no complaints at all. They all very good with elderly as well. They have taken care of my mother for over 10 years now.
