I would NOT recommend coming to this location. Been here 2HOURS for a TB test and STILL WAITING to be called. If you have to come here, do it on your day off because you will be sitting and waiting for a LLLLOOONNNGGGGG time.

Came in for a UA and waited over an hour and half just to be told there are only two people ahead of me, so it should only be another hour. After three hours of waiting, it only took five minutes to complete the UA. The disregard of the staff for people's time was almost palpable. The Place is also physically dirty. Dust is caked on the air vents, and hanging from the discolored, and water damaged ceiling.

Numerous insect carcasses litter all the lights, and every door looks as though it has never been cleaned. Bits of refuse, and dirt decorate the floor. I have only before encountered such incompetence at the VA. I would avoid this place at all costs. Take your business elsewhere.

This place is WAK 1000.and don't believe any positive reviews because they probably work there or are in direct connection to someone that does. Also I've noticed most positive reviews are like 3-4 yrs old and a little pile positive reviews don't matter if you have mountains of negative ones. Why is there 5 girls hosting a talk show and Everyone is just waiting and waiting and waiting.still waiting

So, where do I even begin. I guess with a warning. If your job sends you here for any reason, work injury or pre-employment drug screen; just go somewhere else immediately. Not only is the wait ridiculous, but the reason for the wait makes no sense as the doctors spend at most five minutes with you. I had a serious work injury, and was asked no questions about the nature of my work before being deemed, "good to go".

I didn't realize crutches and a boot meant I could work in a restaurant, lol. To quote, "Avoiding climbing. Avoid repetitive squatting, kneeling, and stooping. Bear weight as tolerated. Avoid lifting, pushing, or pulling more than 15lbs. Wear brace for support." I'm sorry, exactly which part of my job and I able to do? Do not waste your time here.

I'm not able to stand and walk around long enough to microwave a burrito, but yeah, sure. Let's get me back in the place where I have to do every single restriction listed. I can forgive offices that felt the weight of covid, I really can. But this place doesn't treat the sick, they treat the injured. There's literally no excuse for how disorganized and dysfunctional the medical side of this office is. Physical therapy went fine.

If I could put zero stars I would. Do not come here I came in for a simple physical and it took over 4 hours just for them to call me in.

I would say that my visit to take a pre-employment physical, UA and TB test was as standard as most of the reviews for this place. I am doing a walk in, so I completely understand I was going to wait. I'm currently closing in on two hours as I composed this. I pray for patience as this is starting to get ridiculous. The overview says this is classified as "a little busy", I could only imagine what busy would be like.

I would rather not use the word assume but, I'm sure the switching of shifts, less workers or we will share this experience to management to better serve you will be used in a response. But, the majority of the reviews and my years of operations management tells me a different story. I'm actually nervous to post this in fear of waiting longer, .

Been sitting here for 2 hours for a simple pre employment drug screen. There has been at least a 10 people that checked in after me that have gone before me. Absolutely ridiculous. If you feel like wasting your time, this is the place to be.

Absolute zero Stars. After work related entry I was referred to here by my company claiming they utilize MBI services with many employees before. I think I was in the fantasy thinking that my company values me and would never put me in a place where I would never be heard. The whole experience was completely rushed and I was immediately released back to work light duty.

Come on seriously right after a whiplash? I'm a woman that can suppress pain yet voice it. So if you're not hearing me you're not the doctor for me. Immediately I realized that it was already predetermined what restrictions I should have. This predetermination was made up by the workman's comp and as well as the doctor's office. Lately I've been having dizzy spells and headaches.

Now that a lot of the soreness I felt and has subsided I can feel the pain. I don't like being rushed and I really dislike people that don't hear me so I went with a different doctor. My experience leads me to believe that this company especially doctors receive kickbacks from the workman's comp to work against you to get me back to work immediately.

Not a place to count on being on time! Very long lines, Being told my wait is 30 or 45 min! A hour and 15 min still waiting and no regards towards my time an person. Needs different management due to other locations experience! Would never recommend this location.

Great place if you're looking to waste 2+ hours of your time! Would highly recommend if you're down to fill out some paperwork that takes 5 minutes, a basic physical that takes 15-20 min and 2 hours of just sitting there waiting for them to say you're good to go. Oh and the waiting room wasn't even that full. Let that sink in.

I had a great experience at MBI. Joselyn was very efficient. I called prior to going to see if there was an available appointment. She was able to schedule me in during my lunch time. I was seen promptly as well. Great customer service and would highly recommend. Great friendly staff.

This is a review for their Grant Road location. Avoid like the plague. At least an hour wait time before even getting to a room. Full waiting room (more than the number of chairs; all waiting at least an hour). Plan AT LEAST a couple hours for your visit.

I went there for a pre-employment exam. I was there for 3 and a half hours. I waited for 3 hours in there. The exam only took 30 min. The staff doesn't care, worst service ever.

First impressions go a long way, so I was concerned the care would be better than the overall look of the building. The facility is in mediocre shape, could definitely use some repair. Stucco on building is old and peeling off. Check in desk and waiting area look like something out of the 70's. Very uncomfortable plastic chairs in waiting area (for patients with work place injuries).

But I have to say my concerns were put to rest because I received the most amazing care here! From the frontline staff, the doctor and the physical therapists I am extremely happy with the customer service and the care I received!

Casa Grande Office. Extremely rude counter personnel/receptionist. Condescending and pacifying. Made no attempt to address my questions or what I needed. Cut me off every time I tried to talk. Just needed a signature. Nothing else. Waited over THREE HOURS! RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL.

Your better off going to Concentra! M.b. I. has ancient equipment that almost never works, the building is falling apart and the owner robs the company that his daddy built, and doesn't put money back into the company. has anyone ever heard of m.b. I.? my point exactly!
