Bellevue ENT is a premier group of ENT physicians located in Bellevue and Issaquah, Washington. Patients come to us from the greater Eastside, the Puget Sound region, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana. Our ENT specialists are carefully selected for their expertise and ability to connect and communicate with patients.

We have two offices to serve the greater Eastside. Our Bellevue office is located in the Overlake Medical Pavilion adjacent to Overlake Hospital. Our Issaquah office is immediately adjacent to the Swedish Highlands Hospital. Call (425) 454-3938 to schedule an appointment at either site. Southbound: Exit I-405 at NE 8th St. eastbound.
Most of our outpatient surgical procedures are conducted at the Proliance Highlands Surgery Center, a state-of-the-art facility designed specifically for outpatient surgeries, with patients returning home the same day. The Highlands Surgery Center, conveniently located in Issaquah on the main floor of the Proliance Highlands Medical Center building, offers state-of-the-art services in a cozy, home-like setting.

Dr Truong earned my trust on the first time we met, he stood out by giving me lots of information and numbers in lightening speed, and I could see high energy level through his body gesture and his eyes. Now I have met him many times and had one surgery with him, without any doubt he is one of my most trusted doctors. Every time I met him, I think of the days back in school - he is like an A++ student, a TA, a professor, deep and broad knowledge; all my tons of questions got answered, even the tricky ones; taking me step by step finding out the root cause. He is also very professional and transparent. Lucky to have such a top doctor in my area!

Administrative and medical support staff were wellcoming and efficient. Dr Laury throughly discussed the procedure, my patient candidacy, the overall time frame along with a candid discussion of outcome expectations. This was done with an interpersonal manner that left me with a feeling that I was and would be well cared for.

Billing department is unkind and rude. I work at a local university and one of my international students showed up traumatized to my office today. She is normally a happy and extroverted student so I was shocked to see her in such a state. I called the billing department with her and was horrified by the tone and attitude of the woman we talked with.

She essentially implied that because my student was not from the US she expected her not to pay on time and mentioned collections and the student being penalized with bad credit. To be clear the student had an appointment yesterday and has not received a bill yet. International students face so many barriers to receive the health care they need in the US. I am horrified that someone would make one of my students feel this way.

Find another practice. No sense of urgency or follow up. My first interaction w/Dr. Laury was great, & I looked forward to working with the practice. Bellevue ENT decided they needed imaging, and ordered it from Overlake. From that moment forward, I was not able to access care - the front desk, the online portal and the medical assistant all failed to respond to my requests for a follow up appointment, or test review and next steps - for 2 fully weeks after the test results were published.

The reports were sent to Bellevue ENT the same day. Since Bellevue ENT couldn't "find" the results, they wouldn't schedule my follow up, or connect with Overlake Imaging where the test was ordered. Fail. Fail. Two weeks later, Dr. Lee from Bellevue ENT called me to tell me about a mass found on my brain, and refer me to a neurosurgeon. (I had already done that work myself, after seeing the imaging results two weeks ago).

I shared w/ Dr. Lee my experience with the practice, and the lack of any follow up or responses to my requests for an appointment. He said he was "sorry that happened and every provider has different rules about scheduling. You're not even my patient." I said that I thought he'd want to know about the poor service and lack of compassionate care on behalf of practice. Dr. Lee added "You're not even my patient.

If I hadn't called you today this could have been sitting for who knows how long. It was a *courtesy* that I called you." A courtesy, to finally call me and tell me about a mass on my brain discovered 2 weeks ago!? Good to know that's how it is at Bellevue ENT. My family will never go there again. I recommend you seek care elsewhere.

Great experience. Dr. Vellari is excellent and went above and beyond what he needed to do with my visit.

Overall good experience, efficient, staff was nice, wrote separate review of Dr. Knipe which was 5 star. Not sure the going rates but no insurance cost $250 a visit, also add a few minutes if you drive for parking and going through a couple elevators.

The doctors are nice but the billing department is horrible! They are cheating by randomly charging people for the follow-up visits. At first, they said the follow-up is free. Then they said, based on the contract, you are responsible for the copay after 90 days of the surgery date. Then they said it was not 90 days it was 10 days! Clearly they are dishonest and cheating their patients! And they told me this one year after the surgery, and chasing me to pay the ridiculous bill! I'm telling my friends and relatives not going to this clinic any more!

Virtually no wait time. Nurses/techs/ staff were nice and helpful. Doctor was decent, but as usual the visit was brief. The website for early check in and filling out forms was spectacularly awful.

I have salivary issue, I visit their Clinic three times, each visit cost my $144 after insurance, first time they even didn't find it is salivary issue, then my family doctor found the root, then I went to ENT again, every time the doctor keep saying I should observe and wait for couple of months, nothing they did but charge me "Dilation of salivary duct" $149, the salivary gland stones still there!

I had to visit my Dentist to fix my issue (attched the stones my dentist help me remvoed). basically they didn't do anything, just talk to me then charge me $450, what was that!
