$1,023 for one 30 minute ultrasound. Absolutely outrageous and unethical. The nurse was nice but the doctor gave me some really odd advice about taking aspirin. I'm a very low-risk patient so that was a bit shocking. The receptionists were also not nice. Overall a bad experience. Will not return here and am advising any expectant parents to go elsewhere and call ahead to ask about pricing even if you have insurance. Having a child is expensive enough without $1000 ultrasounds. Can't believe these people are healthcare providers because they obviously don't care about people very much.

The office overall was nice and did a good ultrasound, but I was blindsided by a large bill that I don't think anyone should receive. Just a warning to anyone going for their 13-week ultrasound that my insurance only covered $3 of the $2,460 cost of the services. Personally, I wouldn't do any of the 13 week or 20 week screening here, unless you enjoy getting suprised with absurd bills. Edit to add: The billing is a total scam. Pediatrix Medical Group seems to mishandle every single bill, which makes Eastside Maternal Fetal Medicine seem like a fraud. Im paying my bill before receiving a real invoice because I'm worried about the reviews saying their bill went to collections without them receiving any kind of invoice or statement.
I received services in December, received a statement for $950 in January, and had to call multiple times to get a breakdown of what my costs would be and a promise that a full invoice would be sent to me with instructions on how to pay it. I finally got sent an itemized statement in March without the right information to pay the bill and called to make sure an invoice was on the way.
I had to call in April to try to pay the bill without having an ID number, since I haven't received an invoice yet. The billing department had poor customer service so I wish I could've just paid online. An id number would make it possible to pay online without being on hold for hours and talking to multiple people. My bill for an ultrasound at the local hospital was less than $300 and the billing was a breeze. The billing practices should be reported so there's some real consequences. Avoid at all costs!

Please don't use this center or any of Pediatrix Group companies' services. My experience: I got an Ultrasound in Sept 2020 and was charged for a service that was not prescribed by my obgyn. Back then instead of focussing and enjoying on my newborn, I was on phone sorting this billing issue. Anyhow, I was happy we sorted it. However in early 2022, once again I get calls from this group saying, I am pending these bills.
I showed them proof of my payment for ultrasound and that other service I was not supposed to get but the nurse did it so my not required to pay. Pediatrix Group decided to send me a letter from debt collector inspite of spending hours n phone. This group and particular center in Blevue has been are something I won't recommend anyone to take services from

The people were okay, while we were there. My wife tried to get a dating ultrasound at 10 weeks, they didn't get back to her until 17 weeks and blamed her for not "coding the right option, " when she wasn't given any options. We were not able to get an appointment until 22 weeks. They took all of the anatomy photos, but didn't send us a full body image, which we have seen shared by many friends and relations.
They do not offer prints of your child, instead they have you scan a QR code for a 3rd party company who stores your photos. The 3rd party website is not user friendly and does not offer simple JPEGS but a complicated slideshow format which is difficult to extract your photos from. We were greatly disappointed that we weren't able to get a nice photo of our child.
It is annoying that we have to pay for parking in their own building, but I have come to expect that lack of service in King County I would not recommend using their facility, and it is doubtful that we will return.

I am currently pregnant and as a result of expecting twins was referred by my OB to Eastside Maternal Fetal Medicine. My first two appointments I was told that there was one one date and time available, so I happily switched around my schedule to make accommodations. For my most recent appointment, which I was instructed needed to occur in two weeks I was advised upon checking out that they did not have any availability to see me at their Bellevue Location.
I was instructed to call the Evergreen Location as they should be able to get me in. Upon calling the Evergreen location I was told that I didn't have a choice on appointment date or time, as they only had one appointment option available. unfortunately, I happen to have a pre-planned work engagement that I am unable to rearrange which fell during that specific time.
The receptionist advised that she would check on the schedule and get back to me. This was on a Tuesday, and by Thursday I had not heard anything back. I called the practice multiple times and waited on hold, but had to drop off due to the long hold times. After the third call I was able to get back through to a receptionist. She apologized for them not returning my call and advised that they had not done so because they didn't have any appointments for me.
At that point she instructed I call the Bellevue location back. Which I did, and was offered the same original date and time that conflicted with a work engagement as the ONLY option. I voiced my frustration and the receptionist advised 'it should get better' and that they were going through some sort of system upgrade in the next few weeks and that was why the scheduling was such a challenge.
I found this strange, as the scheduling seems to have been a challenge since I started as a patient. I was then instructed to try calling back throughout the next week in hopes that someone would cancel last minute and to reach back out to my OB in the meantime. I have left a call for my OB and am at this point awaiting a return call. I have to say that being very sick from being pregnant with twins, working full time, and then having to take hours out of my week to try and schedule an appointment with this practice has been exhausting.
I have been VERY accommodating for the first couple of appointments where I was told I had one option for a date/time. I am quite concerned that they would be taking on new patients without having the ability and span to schedule follow up appointments for these patients. I am quite concerned that they do not have my and my babies best interest in mind, and because of this unique situation am left uncertain of where to turn to for my future appointments.
I hope that anyone considering becoming a patient at this practice takes into consideration the scheduling challenges. I may be a unique situation, but I would hazard to guess there are many others like myself that work full time, do their best to make accommodations and try to prioritize their health and the health of their babies. The same consideration from the other end would be appreciated.

Amazing doctors and staff. They found a heart defect in our daughter which was very hard to see and diagnose. When born our baby needed quick emergency surgery and she did so well, thankfully to the early detection. Doctors always emailed back quickly and all had great bed side manner. Hope to never need to return! But if I did, this is the place I would go!

Inconsiderate. Wife was mildly sick but they said she could come in. They turned her away as soon as we got there. She had no fever and just a sniffle. Then they tried to play it off like they didn't know she was sick. Then why did you ask us to come in through the back door? At the very least couldn't you validate my parking? Dr. Kline, you said it was your own fault. Thanks for wasting our time and giving unsolicited advice on my child's health as well.

Got referral from my OBGYN doctor for ultrasound here and I always got positive experiences. Front desks are warming and welcome. Dr. Keven Case is amazing and has sweet heart ever. He always takes time with me and my baby to ensure that I am happy and he took lots of pictures and videos to make sure that my family especially my husband who cannot be in the room with me understand how baby grows and see all the pictures from head to toes, heartbeats, organ blood flow, etc.
And now in my third trimester, I got Gestational diabetes. The nurse called me to see me right away and they have been so helpful and cared about me and baby. Positive experiences with doctors' care during pregnancy are important and I am glad I am at the right place.

Dr Wall made the most stressful pregnancy go so smoothly. After a stillborn baby, then finding out a blood condition was now thrown into the mix, this pregnancy had me and my husband stressed to the max. Going into there office once a week for check ups wasn't exciting to us but between the Lauren the ultrasound tech and Dr wall. They made the experience so friendly and warming.
They definitely made me feel very calm and cared for. This doctor went above and beyond. We now have a beautiful baby boy and I can't thank Dr Wall enough. I would highly recommend.
