Dr. Foley is very knowledgeable about varicose veins and other vein/circulation issues! He is spot on when it comes to treatment options and game plan. Lindsay does a fabulous job at communicating insurance and appointment information. They truly do have patients best interest in mind. Are you ready to make those ugly/painful varicose veins disappear? Don't hesitate with this amazing team! Thank you, Dr. Foley for making my legs look great again! :

I'm so pleased with everything about my experience with Dr. Foley, Elizabeth and Lindsey. Each one of them had a big part in working on my legs. The first time in years for me to feel no pain (I had excepted that my legs would always hurt) but the hurt is gone and I'm starting to feel like I don't need to hide my legs for the rest of my life. Thank you all so much, you All are a Great team & I will be back! Thanks again

Such a relief Dr Foley has given me in my leg. I thought it was just something I would have to live with but the relief he gave me by his knowledge of veins making better circulation has left me only saying WOW. Of course thank you to him and Lindsay she made the in-and-out flawless and is so helpful. Thank you both so much again Richard Pitchford

I can't say enough positive things about my experience at Austin Vein and Vascular Clinic. After my third pregnancy and a scale that had gone up and down throughout most of my life, I went to see Dr. Foley regarding a varicose vein I was concerned with. I felt a little uncertain if I should go. while it wasn't hugely problematic, it was definitely getting worse and I was growing more and more self conscious when I wore shorts and skirts. Dr. Foley's attention, expertise, and willingness to educate me throughout the process was exceptional.
When we hit some bumps in the road with insurance, he took the initiative to call the medical director of my insurance carrier and worked his magic to get the procedure approved. Dr. Foley's counterpart, Lindsey, was equally amazing. Whip smart, highly communicative, thorough and helpful, she kept me informed throughout the entire process. I'm a believer that exceptional bedside manner is a dying art form.
I read a review here that said Dr. Foley talked too much. If asking questions to learn more about you and your life in an effort to get to know you as a person means that he talks too much, then yes, he absolutely does. Interestingly, if that reviewer would have engaged in conversation with him, they would have learned that Dr. Foley is brilliant, kind and caring.
He is a proud father to five, a lover of Lake Travis Football, and someone who strives to grow and evolve as a professional and a human. He is rare - a doctor who I believe breathes life back into patient-centric care and restores faith that great doctors still practice medicine as a demonstration of compassion, caring, and service to those in need.

Dr. Foley's office is a great example of how a practitioners office should be run. His office manager | medical assistant has been with him for 10 years, is extremely competent, and personable. Dr. Foley is a seasoned practitioner who studied under Dr. DeBakey, M.D. It doesn't get any better than that. He is a one-man show, the office is small, personable, well run and managed by Dr Foley. I had zero minutes in wait time.
