Dr. Newman and staff is great. They are caring and explain everything. I was referred by a friend and she was about the excellent service. Thank you Dr. Newman

I was extremely disappointed with Doctor Newman's unprofessional treatment. I explained to him is odd pressure I had a my eyes along with an extremely uncomfortable feeling. Dr. Newman gave me several of the standard tests but in the end said your eyes are fine sorry can't help you. I went to another optometrist who found I had severe bacterial infection and gave me drops to put in for 10 days.

I'm sure dr. Newman was a very good doctor in his time however it is quite clear he needs to retire. His staff on the other hand was wonderful. No I would not recommend him and no I will not go back there

Very rude would not reccomend at all. Debbie was unprofessional and then the Dr. Newman states what do you want me to do about your issue before ever seeing me after being referred to him by the optometrist. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I called to schedule an appointment because I was directed by my vision insurance provider. When I called I was told someone would need to call me back to make and appointment with me. I received a call 2 hours later and the lady was rude and asking why I wanted her to call me, I'm like they said you are the one who Schedules appointments. The lady was so rude no customer service at all it was like she was mad. 1 month out just for an eye exam lol. In addition she was talking condescending to me about my vision insurance and I work for the insurance company. The rudeness was unnecessary, they don't want new patients.

I recently went to Dr Newman due to a cataract in my right eye. My husband had cataracts removed by Dr Newman in both eyes with wonderful results. One of them was difficult and it turned out amazing. He recommended Dr Newman. Dr Newman examined both of my eyes thoroughly and pointed out a retina problem in my left eye. He told me what he thought it was but sent me to a retina specialist to be sure.

He was correct in his diagnoses. That issue will be watched in the future. Dr Newman removed my cataract along with refractive correction due to my nearsightedness. I previously used mono vision with contact lenses and this was my distance eye. I haven't seen this well since I was a child! Very happy with the results. The office staff is knowledgeable and caring. Dr Newman does take his time with each patient so this may put appointments behind. I would rather have a doctor that makes sure everything is right than one that rushes you out the door.

I was referred to Dr. Newman by both my wife and sister-in-law who had very good results with cataract surgery performed by Dr. Newman. I ultimately had both eyes done by Dr. Newman and couldn't be happier. The preparation work was done professionally and using the latest techniques. I was given several options and chose what I thought would be best for me, since I had Lasik surgery many years earlier. The end results is that I have very good distance vision and can read without my reading glasses when necessary. I would highly recommend Dr. Newman.

Misdiagnosed a serious eye infection and initially treated it with antibiotic with STEROIDS, which actually strengthened my antibiotic resistant eye infection. I now have permanent eye damage in my right eye.
