I went to Dr. Landers for the first time, with a strange ear condition that I had never had before. He immediately recognized the symptoms and recommended treatment. His bed side manner was extremely pleasant and his diagnosis was efficient. He even took the time to search online for the the most cost effective prescription. I will definitely recommend Dr. Landers and return as a patient should the situation arise. Thank you Dr. Landers.

I suffered from severe headaches for years being told repeatedly to take various sinus medications. Dr. Landers stopped me shortly into my history saying I was suffering from migraines. His diagnosis was right on. Since then I have taken the medications prescribed by Dr. Landers and the results have been amazing. If I had seen Dr. Landers years ago, I could have prevented many nights of real pain.

Excellent doctor who explains medical issues in plain English. He was respectful, personable, asked detailed questions, and gave practical advice, too. He was actually pretty funny and made me feel at ease. Highly recommend. Dr. Landers listens carefully, doesn't rush the appointment and always is comprehensive. I thought he was very professional and thorough. Plus, I have always been able to get an appointment in a timely manner, and his staff is very helpful. I have seen him several times and each time was a very good experience.

Dr Landers treated me last week for a nose bleed problem. He was very good to get me in so quickly. I called Friday morning and he saw me that afternoon. He diagnosed my problem and cured the problem in about and hour. I enjoyed talking with Dr Landers and he was very courteous and kept me well informed about what he was doing during the procedure. I would highly recommend Dr Landers for your ENT needs. I will be going back if I have further issues.

My appointment with Dr. Landers was truly the worst experience I have had with a medical professional. I was the first appointment of the day at 8AM but the wait time was over 30 minutes with no one in the office. Once he saw me, he was completely dismissive of my symptoms and chastised me for only seeing my GP and waiting to see a specialist. In the next breath, he told me that I was making up my symptoms and I shouldn't have come to him in the first place.
He belittled me throughout the appointment, not only medically but about my profession and my hobbies. He was extremely combative and would argue with every symptom I would describe. Lastly, he sprayed my nose with a liquid that stung quite badly and when I was in a little discomfort he was like "oh yes that usually hurts". After the appointment, which lasted less than 10 minutes, the only "treatment" was a spray, and the conclusion was I was making up my symptoms, I was charged over $200 out of pocket. Please listen to the negative reviews, they were quite accurate of my experience as well.

I have never in my life been in the presence of a more RUDE, CONDESCENDING physician! He was rude from the moment I walked in the examination room: would ask me a question and then look at me with disgust - no other word to describe it! - and take deep breaths, roll his eyes (!) when I didn't answer as quickly as he thought I should or when I became confused.
Every word from his mouth was rude and uncalled for. I usually am very accepting of all personality types, but I cannot stress enough to avoid this doctor. Luckily I received no physical procedures from him -I would've walked out before I would've let him touch me.

I felt rushed from the minute he took me back to the room. He was very condescending and rude when I was trying to explain to him my symptoms. I had a double ear infection. (later determined by another physician that afternoon) He told me nothing was wrong with me. He said if I still felt blocked I could use AFRIN nasal spray 8x a day in each nostril.
He told me specifically not to follow the directions on the back of the bottle, that I would be fine. He threw my chart at the receptionist and walked away after seeing me, because my ears were "perfect." My visit lasted less than ten minutes. Do not go here!

Dr. Landers was highly recommended by the ER and my health insurance. This was my first time at his office and meeting him. I felt he was rude, (made me feel like why was I there) very bad bedside manner. He left the door open why he was asking me health questions so others could hear, violating the Hippa pricacy law. I was ready to get up out of the seat I was in and walk out. Even though he came highly recommended, I will not be going back and would not recommend him. There is no care or passion with him in his profession.

He was very condensing, rude and displayed mockery. Upon handing me my diagnosis papers, he tossed them at me. RUDE. He said my ears were fine, could not explain the sharp pain at all. His response was "I don't know why you have pain" with a shrug. Then began asking me about my job, in which I work for a health insurance company and asked does the company give their employees their insurance and then stated Obamacare, which i corrected him to ACA. DO NOT GO HERE. RUDE!

I like dr. Lander. He's very nice and a little dry. I had a sore throat for almost over a month; i went to couple doctors and they either gave me antibiotics or allergy med. Dr Lander knew right away I didn't have an infection so he tried to put a tube down my throat to see what exactly going on. He was trying to talk to me the whole time to reduce my nerve down.
We found out that i have too much acid from stress and it went up to my throat during sleep. He prescribed me some useful med and my condition was gone after 3 days. I would recommend dr. Lander

I had a appt this am and the staff was rude I am self pay cash patient and they wanted my id and all my info. The doctor was wierd rude and sarcastic and dismissed everything I said even when he asked questions he didn't want to hear the answers and he didn't offer any help but took my $125.00 and referred me to someone else. He was horrible.

I went to Dr. Landers for a second opinion. He did a much more thorough exam, spent a lot of time with me, and was very knowledgeable. He diagnosed my problem (unlike the first ENT) and did it methodically. He is direct and to the point. I want that in a health care provider. I recommend him highly if you are not interested in a big, corporate environment and instead a small office where you get thorough attention and examination.

I had a horrible experience with this rude and arrogant doctor. He asked lots of questions and that was fine but there were some things I didn't know or didn't remember. His reactions to my answers were belittling and his responses to my own questions were sarcastic! At one point, I asked a question about sinuses and he replied that he could help me with that "but that's not why you booked the appointment, now is it?" then turned and walked away. Well, I certainly didn't make a second appointment to ask my question again.
