Stehlin Foundation for Cancer Research was founded in 1969 by Dr. John S. Stehlin, Jr. - a brilliant surgical oncologist with empathy for his patients and a vision to combine research and medicine to improve cancer treatment. Dr. Stehlin recruited and worked along side a talented group of researchers and clinical staff to develop novel therapies and procedures that would change the lives of people with cancer forever.
Dr. Stehlin retired from practice in 2002, but his legacy of compassionate care is as active as ever.

Do not waste your money, their sides of beef, and pork are not high quality. All of our beef is 2/3 fat. I grill steaks and have a 3 alarm fire on my grill there is so much fat. There are other bulk proccesers out there that sell high quality grain fed beef, Fairs meat proccesing in Wiliamstown has grain fed beef call them you wont be sorry.

I grew up driving by Stehlin's. I love their ham salad (I can eat it with a spoon) and I purposely buy a hog from a farmer since he'll drop it off at Stehlin's for processing for me. They've always been super friendly and helpful when I've gone in and they cut exactly to my specs. Great quality of meat, especially their goetta. Cost wise I think they're right on par for better quality.
