Staff was friendly, so I have no issues there. I would just recommend updating the website that allows patients to do their intake forms. The system is faulty and not user friendly. Also, my ultrasound appointment and office visits were scheduled back to back. I received an appointment reminder text, so I showed up at the time requested in the text. Turns out that text was a reminder for the office visit only.

I was 30 mins late for the ultrasound, so the office decided to cancel my visit. I would have liked them to give me a courtesy call reminder being that I am new to the office, and the reminder system is confusing. Nonetheless, I will not be returning, but I hope my feedback helps them make improvements.

Unsanitary and unsafe. Place is ABSOLUTELY FILTHY, this is my first appointment in about five/six months when the place was significantly cleaner. The restrooms now are straight up disgusting, there is dust everywhere on the floors and all over equipment. the sinks where staff washes their hands in are an absolute joke it's embarrassing. IF YOU DONT WANT SOME SORT OF INFECTION OR DISEASE, STAY AWAY.

Chantel is such a wonderful provider! She's attentive, hears and resonates with my concerns as well as provides very detailed and useful advice with solutions and alternatives to patient problems. Her character is so poised and unique that I couldn't imagine her being any other way. She truly knows how to make a patient feel safe within her care. I refer her all the time and will continue to do so! In short, she's awesome!

Upon my first visit to Northwest Women's Center, I saw Dr. Iris Trochez. She and her staff were very professional, and yet warm and reassuring. The procedures were clearly explained to me, and I was treated respectfully. I feel very fortunate to have found such an outstanding women's clinic for my gynecological needs.

Dr. N is absolutely wonderful. She has great bedside manners. I went in for a problem and since I am a new patient, she asked several questions about my condition. I like the fact she didn't ask for other physician medical records which means she want to do her own assessment instead of relying on another physician diagnosis. Dr. N listened very carefully to me and my concerns.

I told her I was in pain and she asked if I wanted some ibuprofen to help with the pain until I was able to pick up a prescription. I'm extremely happy and satisfied with her care. I have definitely found my new Ob/Gyn!

I have been coming here for a few years now and I I will definitely be changing clinics after today. I had a appointment at 7:30 AM and got there at 7:30 To see that it was empty and the lights were off so I came back at 8 Just so She could reschedule me another day. I guess I just drove around town for fun.

Dr. McGuirk is one of a kind! You can't go wrong with choosing him! He listens to every question, and every concerns. He is extremely caring and knowledgeable. He truly cares about his patients. He has been my doctor for 16 years now.

I can't recommend Northwest Women's Center enough. Friendly staff; my favorite doc. So trusted he delivered my grandchild. Dr. Christopher McGuirk has a great bedside manner and speaks to you at your own level yet is very up to date on the women's medicine with innovative and relevant info on the latest therapies, medications, procedures or recommendations available.

I have been seeing Dr. Nwogwugwu for 2 years and she is amazing! She has great bedside manner and is always attentive. I feel very comfortable with her as my Gynecologist. The office staff is nice as well. I've never encountered a problem.

This was my second appointment with Dr. N, she has always been very polite and understanding of my situation. I like how soft spoken she is, it helps with my nerves at any doctors appointment. Plus the staff is very friendly and caring and explains everything very thoroughly. It is often hard to find a doctor who is good at their job and has a good staff as well but I have definitely found mine.

I am so glad I finally found a doctor I feel comfortable with & is very knowledgeable. Dr. Nwogwugwu has helped me in many ways. What's so great on top of everything is how the lab & ultrasound is all in the same floor & can get done same day if needed.

Dr. McGuirk is very personable and professional. He provides detailed explanations of your service, next steps, and follow-up appointments. He and his staff are timely with their services as well. I have never had to wait an extended amount of time to be seen starting in the waiting room to the patient room. Excellent doctor!

The practice is really clean and the people here are friendly. My pregnancy and birth experience went well but literally two years after my pregnancy I am still receiving bills knowing my pregnancy has been paid off. I would not completely trust this practice. It seems as if they will try to continue to get money out of you if they know they can after the fact & all has been said and done.seems sneaky.

There is no way that I still owe money for a Pregnancy from years ago. i had multiple insurance companies and paid out of pocket as well. I feel disrespected to still receive bills from a pregnancy that I know has been taken care of. It Almost seems as if they are fishing for more money and really making it obvious at this point. because the random bills are in small increments coming every few months.

My insurance took care of it for SURE. and I'm sure they don't need anymore than they already get. If you need to speak with me you can call me Don't mail anything more. I will not be coming back to this practice. Respect struggling mothers there's no way I still owe random bills from that long ago. And the last one didn't even state what it was for. Thank you for the experience though. Was appreciated. Very nice nurses. thank you good riddance

From the front desk to the medical assistants and to Dr. Mcguirk all I have to say is don't hesitate in choosing this place! They are great at responding back And have an amazing online system where you can see your results! I ALWAYS feel welcomed, Dr. Mcguirk is such a sweetheart and an amazing listener, he always makes you feel so comfortable!

They are quick about responding and they have a good online system for messages. The doctors and nurses are friendly. The front desk staff is rude and act put out when they have to work or check you in. If the receptionist was how everyone acted I would not go here for services.

10 weeks pregnant and looking for a new doctor. The front desk staff is indifferent to say the least. The OB coordinator, Angela is rude and disrespectful. Dr. White is also rude and too busy for his patients' questions. Unfortunate for the nursing staff as they were always very nice. They will not take your word for a positive home test so you have to schedule an appointment to pay them for another urine test to confirm. Ultrasounds are performed by a tech that simply completes the exam and sends you out to wait for the doctor.

In my case, he was not forthcoming with any results or information. I had to ask question after question to get any sort of answer. When I told him I've been having a hard time the last several weeks, his response was to "hang in there." No medical advice given. I have insurance and money to pay the out of pocket costs, it made no difference in the way I was treated.

Dr. McGuirk, and his staff are awesome! Best doc I have ever had. Great bedside manner and very compassionate and caring. Has helped me through multiple miscarriages and just helped me deliver my rainbow baby girl. Hands down the best!

I have been seeing Dr. McGuirk for 11 years, he has delivered 3 of my babies and helped me through miscarriage and a range of other PCOS problems. He is a very attentive and caring physician. He also has a wonderful staff of nurses.

I've been coming to the NWWC for about 12 years now and still love it. I primarily go see Dr. McGuirk or Chantel Ashley and always receive amazing support from them. I never have any issues scheduling my appointments and always receive a timely call soon after my appointment with my results and to ensure I don't have any remaining questions.

I have recommended this practice to close friends who have also loved their experience here. I have also never had any issues with the staff that greets you when you walk in, do vital checks, or checks me out before I leave.

I have been a patient of Dr. Baker for almost 20 years! He has always taken the time to answer any questions I may have. Great bedside manners. Staff is always incredible and quick. Always up to date and knowledgeable about to newest procedures and options in womens health.

Hello, I just want to support the review from Nicole S. I called, and I could also perceived prejudice in the way I was treated. IF YOU DON'T HAVE EXCELLENT HEALTH INSURANCE DON'T BOTHER TO CALL. You know what I mean. Protect your own dignity!

Front desk ladies are just plain rude. Answer the phone "hello" in a rude tone. Don't even state where you are calling. & even rude and unprofessional in person. I understand having a bad day, but everyone who works here has such a bad attitude. If you're unhappy working costumer service then just leave. Dont make everyone else's experience unpleasant because you're miserable. Perhaps they need some customer service training.

So you pay them their required "pre-payment", which is too much. When your insurance pays them, they owe you money. It's not their policy to notify you.you have to be paying close attention to your receipts and EOBs, or they will just keep your money. If you happen to realize they owe you, and you notify them you want your money back, they won't send it to you.you have to go pick it up, per their policy.

I can't think of another business I've dealt with, medical or otherwise, that does business like this. Sure seems like they are doing everything that they can, legally (but probably not ethically), to keep your money. Shameful.

I called as a new patient for a doctors appointment and the staff was kind and was able to get me in the following week. I was not able to see a doctor, whoever I was fortunate enough to get Nurse Practitioner, Chantel Ashley. Mrs Ashley was kind, gentle, informative, patient, and very professional. I feel very confident she will take great care of me in the many years to come.

First off I would like to say that I absolutely LOVE Dr McGuirk. I never wanted a male OBGYN, but he is my favorite doctor. My first pregnancy I had another doctor in the med center and had a complicated delivery and a month long stay in the hospital after delivering. My second and third pregnancies were both high risk and Dr McGuirk was amazing. Also prior to my last two pregnancies I had issues with ovarian cysts and he did multiple surgeries.

On one occasion he even saw my in the ER that morning and I was in surgery the same afternoon. Some of my office appointments did have long waits, however that's what happens when someone delivers. I would want my doctor to put his appointments on hold if I was delivering too. That's completely normal for an OB. Now the reason for 2 stars. the office staff is horrible.

Call with something that is an emergency or a lot of pain, and instead of trying to squeeze you in that day their response is always to just go to the ER. I work in emergency medicine and this is why ERS stay crowded. Also the front desk girls are rude. Tara, Dr McGuirks scheduled for OB and surgery, messed up one of my appointments and after an hour long drive from Pasadena to cypress I was told that I wouldn't be seen, and that I would be seen the next Friday.

I was told they would not move my appointment up in the next week and if anything changed to not even call. Just go to the Er. I was also told if I needed my medicine refilled to go to the ER. Unacceptable. Also the nurse refused to even come out and speak to me. Instead she had the front desk girls play telephone with me. Thankfully I had a hysterectomy so I shouldn't be back except for once every three years.

I see looking back at reviews that the office staff has been an issue for years. I wish they would get this fixed because it really makes it a stressful experience, and I love my doctor.

I'm not sure about the negative review for this facility, My physician is Dr. McGuirk and I have nothing but great things to say about him and the staff. I'm being treated for menopause and I had been feeling down when my initial visit with him. He's got such a big sense of humor, he's very caring and I just don't see how anyone can say the contrary. The ladies in the office are always sweet and helpful.

Myself and my daughters have been seeing doctors at this facility for years and I have never been so disappointed in how they handle their business. I am in the insurance industry and I have went round and round with them several times about them over charging when the insurance company pays for well women exams 100% and they send us a bill every time we go into them for over charges. I highly recommend you do not seek service with this clinic. There are too many ob-gyn doctors that can assist you with good service and knowledgeable staff.

I have been a patient of Dr. White going on 4 years (both for OB and GYN). He and his nurses are fantastic. He has an excellent bedside manner and actually takes time to listen to complaints and offers valid solutions. He is not a pill pusher so if this is what you are looking for, look elsewhere. Anytime, I have called with questions/concerns, I receive a call-back within one hour.

This is impressive considering how busy they are. I have also not had any problems with front desk staff. For all those complaining, you usually get out what you put in. I can see how unpleasant people would get negative responses from a very busy doctor's office.
